A Research On Occupational Stress Of Principals Of Public Kindergartens In Hangzhou

In the era of rapid development of industrialization and informationization,occupational pressure has evolved into an increasingly prominent social problem.The impact on people's lives is more extensive and in-depth.Since the 1970 s,the occupational pressure in the field of education has been concerned.To show the current situation of occupational pressure of the director of public kindergartens,and pay attention to the occupational pressure of the director of public kindergartens,will help the director of public kindergartens form a correct understanding of the occupational pressure looking for strategies to ease the stress of your career.In order to promote the research and exploration of the principal's occupational pressure,this study begins with the discussion of the director's occupational pressure and its source in Hangzhou public kindergartens.A questionnaire was initially compiled to understand the level of occupational stress of the director of public kindergartens in Hangzhou.And analyzes the Hangzhou city public kindergarten director occupational pressure concrete situation.This research uses the questionnaire method,the interview method,the literature method,carries on the research to the Hangzhou public kindergarten director occupational pressure and the origin.The conclusions are as follows:(1)There are five dimensions in the questionnaire of occupational stressors of kindergarten directors,which are interpersonal conflict,the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.(2)Hangzhou public kindergarten principal occupation pressure score in the upper level.The order of the scores of each dimension of occupational stressors from high to low is :role stress,management system,career,interpersonal conflict,job challenges,the principal in the role of their job responsibilities the greatest pressure,in the work of their job challenges the least pressure.From the point of view of the score," kindergarten safety problem " is the largest source of professional pressure of the principal of public kindergarten,"the higher authorities of the inspection,assessment,appraisal " is the second largest source of professional pressure public kindergarten principal."(3)the relationship between different background items and the occupational pressure of the head of public kindergartens was investigated,and significant differences were found in age,region,professional background and daily working hours.(4)the occupational pressure of the principal is various,in the face of pressure,the principal showed a positive state to deal with the pressure,but in the director of the post again in the choice of non-persistence.In order to alleviate the occupational pressure of the director of public kindergartens in hangzhou,the author comes up with three Suggestions: Firstly,correct role cognition,establish a positive self-concept;Secondly,perfect the management system and cancel the meaningless evaluation and inspection;Thirdly,eliminate safety hazards,correctly understand the safety of children;the fourth is to optimize the working environment,the implementation of scientific kindergarten management.
