Research provides the basis for national science and technology innovation of financial investment,with the deepening of scientific research "pipes",and decentralization has become a"vanguard" stimulate vitality of scientific research,under the background of gives researchers greater autonomy,how to improve the supervision and administration of scientific research efficiency,increasing the investment benefit become the hot issue in the field of study.Previous inspections and supervision have found frequent corruption in the field of scientific research.It is also a major concern of the state,society and researchers to build a management system that is free from disorder and orderly.With the advent of the era of information,digital economy and information technology to flourish,to establish a scientific and efficient scientific research funds wisdom regulation mode to open the breakthrough,this paper aimed at the information age to conduct the thorough research to the change of scientific research funds supervision at colleges and universities,the article combed the research background,significance,thinking and method,through to the domestic and foreign related research,The basis of optimization of intelligent supervision mode of scientific research funds is put forward.In the specific research stage,literature research,questionnaire survey and case analysis are mainly adopted.Firstly,the theoretical basis of the paper is summarized,and key indicators are sorted out from the current supervision system of national scientific research funds.Secondly,LG University is taken as a case to describe its current supervision mode in detail.The organizational structure,institutional system and information construction are assigned to the trigger frequency of supervision indicators,and the effectiveness of supervision of the current management mode of scientific research funds is analyzed.Again,using the questionnaire survey and key interview way,revealing the LG concrete problems of university research funding supervision mode,and based on the analysis to clarify the root cause of the problem of LG university regulation model optimization principle and target,and put forward the college should through organization,system,data,processes,and services of integrated management,accelerate the construction of scientific research funds wisdom regulatory model.Finally,corresponding safeguard measures are formulated based on the implementation of the previous research results,and the research conclusions of this paper are summarized,and the future research direction of this field is forecasted.It is found in this study that there is a connotation connection between the improvement of the supervision efficiency of scientific research funds in colleges and universities and the improvement of the use efficiency of scientific research funds.The intelligent supervision mode of scientific research funds with fine management particles,flat business level,three-dimensional supervision perspective and dynamic risk supervision can be created through technology empowerment to constantly stimulate the vitality of scientific research.It is expected that the research of this paper can play a certain reference role in the intelligent supervision of scientific research funds in colleges and universities.
