core literacy down-to-earth based on the 2017 edition of "General High School Biology Curriculum Standards".Classroom teaching time is limited,and the short classroom should not only impart knowledge but also cultivate ability,which requires excellence in classroom teaching tasks and accurate design of classroom homework.In addition,the classroom can not achieve a 100 percent mastery of knowledge and ability,which is also the reason why teachers assign homework.Under the background of double reduction,it emphasizes the burden reduction,reducing the quantity and quality.When assigning homework,teachers are required to assign accurate homework according to the actual classroom situation,so as to achieve a point-to-point breakthrough of classroom content,and consolidate the concept of life acquired and the scientific thinking initially formed in class.This paper sorts out the domestic and foreign literature to defines the concept of the operation and puts forward the concept of accurate operation.The so-called precision homework is to accurately design the homework on the basis of an accurate grasp of the learning situation,and to accurately evaluate the students’ subject literacy and knowledge based on the completion of the homework.Precision homework is not limited to the traditional homework,but also the teaching arrangements that help students to acquire subject characteristics of high school students’ psychological cognitive development,put forward to cultivate the precision of life concept and scientific thinking mode.With the teachers and students of Yingkou City,Liaoning Province,on the basis of combining literature review and teaching practice,the paper develops students’ life concept and scientific thinking of accurate knowledge point while consolidating the knowledge point,and aims to provide specific teaching cases for cultivating life concept and scientific thinking.The research process and results are as follows:The results of the questionnaire survey show that the previous questionnaire survey reflects that some students have a certain understanding of accurate homework,according to the vague concept of "accurate homework" guess,but there is no clear concept,the vast majority of students can not put forward specific suggestions.Various precise operations,such as " Protein is the main bearer of life activities,Immune regulation,genetic Engineering and so on,have been designed and implemented.By completing accurate homework in class and after class,students can solve problems in life with the acquired concept of life gained.Through a simple summary of the cases,it can be found that the accurate homework mode can significantly improve the students’ life concept and scientific thinking.Through the questionnaire survey of students ’life concept and scientific thinking,analyze the experimental group and control class students’ life concept and scientific thinking,teaching practice results,as experimental class 4 life concept and scientific thinking is significantly higher than the control class 14,that in cultivating students’ life concept and scientific thinking accurate homework has more advantages compared with traditional homework.Some part of the college entrance examination questions are selected,summarized and sent to students in the form of examination paper,to evaluate the implementation of accurate homework on students ’life concept and scientific thinking from an objective perspective.It is concluded that accurate homework plays a significant role in cultivating students’ life concept and scientific thinking.To sum up,accurate homework in cultivating students ’life concept and scientific thinking can significantly improve students’ life concept and scientific thinking.The reasons are as follows: accurate homework is on the basis of accurately grasp the learning situation,accurate design of homework,combined with the homework completion of the students’ subject accomplishment and knowledge of accurate evaluation,evaluate the results of the subsequent accurate homework,is a dynamic process,is the process of refinement,is the process of constant improvement.Accurate work does have many advantages,but there are still the following shortcomings:(1)takes a long time,and the author’s solution suggestion is:to promote and popularize this model,and cooperate with the teachers in the group to form a system together,which can be modified according to the class situation when used.In the team mode,different teachers have different teaching methods and different priorities,and students have different mastery in class.Therefore,precise homework in the united cooperation mode is difficult to accurately control accurately,which needs to be further explored.(2)has some difficulty in setting up the difficulty of accurate work.Students have different situations,and students have different understanding of knowledge.When designing accurate homework,teachers should think about how to moderate the difficulty,which requires teachers to absolutely control the learning situation.If the energy allows them,they can try to do stratified and accurate homework.To sum up,further exploration needs to be made in the following two aspects in the future teaching practice: First,share the precise operation mode to negotiate the division of labor
