| In the era of big data,it is imperative for vocational colleges to build smart campuses.The construction of the campus network in vocational colleges is gradually improving,and the student management system is constantly updating with increasing functions.However,the value of the large amount of data generated in management and students’ learning activities in school has not been effectively utilized.The design,implementation,and application of a student warning management system can help solve such problems.The warning function implemented by the system can utilize data value to achieve process management of students,reflect a people-oriented management method,promote the healthy development of students,and improve the management efficiency of vocational colleges.In the context of the continuous development of big data concepts and practices at home and abroad,combined with the current experience in the construction of student early warning systems in vocational colleges,this thesis takes J Vocational College as an example to study the design and implementation of student early warning management systems in vocational colleges,and proposes to establish a one-stop early warning model for sharing student information.This thesis is based on the idea of big data,combined with multi-dimensional student behavior data,and uses the Kettle tool to extract,clean,transform,filter,and load data from the student related system of J Vocational College into the SQL Server database of the warning system,and analyze it to obtain prediction results.This will alert students to learning and behavioral problems during their school years,enabling them to be aware of their own problems in a timely manner and take remedial measures,Enable student managers to strengthen targeted management education and assistance,in order to achieve comprehensive dynamic tracking and control of students,data-driven management,and early warning function.The system comprehensively analyzed the actual work needs of the college’s student early warning management,based on the B/S architecture,using Java language programming,and using the Spring framework.The design content covers modules such as student information management,student security early warning,student academic early warning,and student psychological early warning.The functional module design is carried out in conjunction with the student early warning management business process,improving the theoretical framework of the student early warning management system,including functional requirements analysis Module design,database design,and module function realization ensure standardization and standardization of student early warning management.Currently,the student safety early warning function has been put into use,with good operating results,effectively improving the level of student safety assurance in J Vocational College.This system adheres to the principle of student orientation,emphasizes data value,and implements student dynamic management.It involves students’ safety,performance,psychology,and other aspects in school,making up for the shortcomings of traditional early warning methods,helping to improve management efficiency,and providing reference for the construction of information management for vocational students. |
