| The gradual integration of information technology,Internet and education and teaching has promoted the development of E-learning.E-learning relies on the network platform, which collects, controls and uses e-learners’ personal information at any time. This information is closely related to the privacy of e-learners.Some researches call for the necessity of protecting the privacy of e-learners,but few researches explore the relationship between e-learners’ privacy concern and E-learning satisfaction. To understand the level of e-learners’ privacy concern and the relationship between privacy concern, perceived value and e-learners’ satisfaction, and to explore whether perceived value has intermediary effect between privacy concern and e-learners’ satisfaction. This study puts forward six research hypotheses, and constructs an e-learner satisfaction model guided by the American customer satisfaction index model and the connectivism learning theory. Then this study analyzes the relationship among privacy concern, perceived value,e-learner satisfaction,e-learner complaint and e-learner recommendation.Based on the existing scale of privacy concern and Bello’s communication model, this study designs the E-learning privacy concern and E-learning experience questionnaire, which collects 318 valid data.AMOS24.0 is used to conduct confirmatory factor analysis to ensure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.SPSS24.0 is used to analyze the sample data, including descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis.By using Bootstrap test, this study analyzes the mediating effect of perceived value between privacy concern and e-learners’ satisfaction.Firstly, privacy concern of e-learners is at a relatively moderate level during E-learning.Compared with collecting and controlling personal information,e-learners are most concerned about how E-learning platform will use their information.Secondly, perceived value has a mediating effect between privacy concern and e-learner satisfaction, with the mediating effect accounting for 40.79%.It can be seen that e-learners’ privacy concern can not only negatively affect perceived value, thereby counteracting e-learner satisfaction, but also directly negatively affecting e-learner satisfaction. In order to improve learners’ E-learning experience, and improve their E-learning satisfaction,on the one hand,it is neccessary to relieve e-learners’ anxieties about their privacy,on the other hand,it is crucial to enhance e-learners’ perceived value.Building the safe and controllable E-learning environment is the key measure to reduce the e-learners’ level of privacy anxieties.Meanwhile, providing high-quality online courses and services is an effective way to enhance the perceived value of e-learners. |
