According to statistics,by 2020,the total number of special population in China has reached 85 million,accounting for about 6.21% of the total population in China.Special population includes psychological disorders and physical disabilities.With the continuous growth of population,the number of special population will also increase,and the education of special population has become a problem that cannot be ignored in today’s society.Special music education mainly teaches music to special children who are visually impaired,deaf-mute and intellectually deficient,so as to play a positive role in their physiology and psychology.With the increasing emphasis on special education and the increasing investment in special music education,the development trend of special music education of our country as a whole is rising.However,some aspects of special music education are still deficient and underdeveloped compared with those of developed countries which attach great importance to special music education.Zibo is the third largest city in Shandong Province and the former capital of the State of Qi.Zibo Special Education School has been developing steadily.The government and the school also attach great importance to special music.Based on the investigation and research of the current situation of music education in special education schools in Zibo City,this paper starts from the basic situation of special education schools in Zibo City,the situation of teachers,music teaching and other aspects,analyzes and summarizes the current situation of music education in special education schools in Zibo City as follows: Support from government departments,perfect school infrastructure and equipment,reasonable curriculum,sufficient number of teachers,good teaching situation,teaching philosophy pays attention to individual education,flexible use of textbooks,etc.Through the analysis of the current situation of the investigation,the paper studies the strategies of the development of music education in special education schools,including: strengthening the policy support;Improve teachers’ professional quality;Developing diversified teaching modes;Create new teaching methods.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the first chapter introduction.The author mainly introduces the significance of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,the research characteristics and the research methods.The second part is the second chapter of the significance of special music education,which mainly introduces the research content of special music education and the significance of special music education to different types of students with disabilities.The third part is the third chapter of Zibo city special education school music teaching status survey,the main body is the survey data and data analysis;The fourth part is the fourth chapter of the article for the special education school music education development strategy,this part through the analysis of the survey data,the development of special education school music education strategy;The fifth part is the conclusion,which mainly introduces the summary of the investigation results and the prospect of the future. |
