Objective: The effect of primordial reflex integration training on rapid naming and literacy of children with developmental dyslexia was studied by applying primordial reflex integration training to physical education curriculum. Methods: The subjects in this study were selected from a primary school in Jincheng City,Shanxi Province, and 34 dyslexic children were selected as subjects from a total of 823 students in the first and second grades. The 34 dyslexic children were divided into experimental group and control group by random drawing. After a 12-week intervention, the pre and post measurement data of the experimental group and control group were compared. The experimental group received primitive reflexes integration training, while the control group received normal physical education. Before and after the experiment, the original reflex integration assessment, the first Grade Literacy Test for dyslexic Children, the second grade Literacy Test for Dyslexic children, the rapid naming test.Results:(1)There were significant differences in the tension labyrinthal reflex, symmetrical tension neck reflex, asymmetric tension neck reflex and grip reflex of the experimental group before and after intervention(p<0.05);There were significant differences in asymmetric tension neck reflex(p<0.05),but no significant differences in symmetrical tension neck reflex, grip reflex and tension labyrinthal reflex(p>0.05).After intervention, there were significant differences in the tension labyrinthal reflex, symmetric tension neck reflex and grip reflex between the experimental group and the control group(p<0.05),but no significant differences in the asymmetric tension neck reflex(p > 0.05).(2)The rapid naming of the experimental group before and after intervention was significantly different(p<0.05);There was no significant difference in rapid naming in control group(p>0.05).After intervention, there was a significant difference in rapid naming between the experimental group and the control group(p<0.05).(3)There was a significant difference in the literacy of the experimental group before and after intervention(p<0.05);There was no significant difference in the literacy of control group(p>0.05).After intervention, the literacy amount of the experimental group and the control group was significantly different(p>0.05).(4)The original reflection integration effect has a significant positive effect on the amount of literacy and rapid naming.Conclusion:(1)Compared with traditional physical education, the original reflex integration training can more effectively integrate the residual tension labyrinthal reflex, symmetrical neck tension reflex, asymmetric tension neck reflex and grasp reflex of children with developmental dyslexia.(2)Compared with traditional physical education, the original reflexes integration training can more effectively improve the rapid naming level of children with developmental dyslexia.(3)Compared with traditional physical education, primitive reflexes integration training can improve the literacy of children with developmental dyslexia more effectively.
