At present,China is accelerating the construction of a dedicated education network and a large platform of "Internet plus Education",building a ubiquitous online learning space,supporting the normal application of a variety of innovative teaching,and promoting the open sharing of high-quality educational resources.In this context,personalized learning mode has also become a new trend in education.Personalized learning mode can flexibly adjust learning methods according to students’ needs and characteristics,so as to better cultivate composite innovative talents that meet the needs of the development of the times.In the field of education,using knowledge mapping technology to analyze the content of specific subject areas has become a development trend,contributing to the formation of the basic knowledge system of the curriculum and the development of various disciplines,and promoting the effective use of knowledge.This article refers to the cultivation of undergraduate students in the School of Software,Central North University,and combines the U+ New Engineering Intelligent Cloud Platform used by the school to construct a software engineering professional knowledge map to help establish inter discipline knowledge point relationships and learning order relationships.Based on this,it proposes a vertical depth strategy based on inclusive relationships and a horizontal breadth strategy based on mixed relationships,achieving the integration of professional knowledge and the recommendation of learning paths for underlying knowledge,According to the future planning direction of students,it is applied to the recommendation system,realizing a U+ platform learning path recommendation system based on a knowledge map,and formulating reasonable learning path recommendations for students,which has certain practical significance and application value.The main research content of this article is to construct a software engineering professional knowledge map and recommend learning paths.The main work of this article includes:(1)Build a map of software engineering expertise.First,the design of the pattern layer was carried out,defining the hierarchical structure,entity relationships,and some attributes.Then,relevant data for the college curriculum was collected and processed.The data layer was associated with the pattern layer through mapping,and a knowledge map was generated and visualized through Neo4 j.(2)Propose learning path recommendation methods.Based on the existing knowledge learning path recommendation methods and the semantic relationships in the knowledge map in this paper,a vertical depth strategy based on inclusion relationships and a horizontal breadth strategy based on hybrid relationships are proposed.Comparative experiments of learning path effectiveness testing,length average testing,and excellence testing have verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the method proposed in this article,achieving the expected recommendation effect.(3)Implement a U+ platform learning path recommendation system based on a knowledge map.Collect and count information such as students’ future planning directions,and based on this,conduct an overall design of the system’s business process and functional structure.Finally,complete the system implementation,generate learning paths for different students’ planning directions,and visually present them with a knowledge map.
