The curriculum standard clearly points out that "the function of evaluation is to diagnose the learning effect,improve teaching and promote the implementation of curriculum objectives,and requires strengthening the process evaluation and improving the end evaluation".Based on the status and role of formative evaluation in teaching and the background of "integration of teaching evaluation",it has become an important research topic to carry out formative evaluation in teaching.However,according to the current research status,the application form of formative assessment is too simple and only stays in the links such as classroom questioning,and the systematic way of combining formative assessment with classroom teaching needs to be explored.Therefore,the design of the application of formative assessment tools in classroom teaching and in the teaching process to promote students’ classroom learning and development has become the focus of this study.This paper sorts out the domestic and foreign researches on formative assessment,determines Sadler’s formative assessment theory as the theoretical basis,designs the process model applied by formative assessment in classroom teaching as the prototype,and develops the system model applied by formative assessment in classroom teaching.Design specific tools for formative evaluation(classroom learning evaluation form,stratified homework after class),and explore the heterogeneous ideas in students’ learning by reading the content of REDOX reaction in the course standard and textbooks,so as to obtain the feedback information of students’ learning.Determine the ability level of students and assign the corresponding hierarchical homework so as to check and fill in the gaps of the content learned in class.Through the collection of evaluation data and the analysis of research results,it is concluded that the combination of formative assessment and classroom teaching is effective,and formative assessment has a positive effect on the learning of "REDOX reaction".Through sorting out the research conclusions,suggestions are provided for teachers’ teaching and students’ learning.At the same time,students’ feelings about this research are combined with the questionnaire of learning experience,which provides reference for the further research of formative evaluation in classroom teaching.
