| With the development of The Times and the progress of science, the talent needed in the21 st century is not "what you know",but "how you use what you know".Therefore, today’s students need to apply their knowledge to different situations.New terms such as "21st century skills" and "advanced thinking" have emerged around this goal."Deep learning" has become a new learning paradigm that aims to achieve these educational goals. It changes the previous teaching focusing on simple memorization, and emphasizes that learners devote themselves to learning, pay attention to the integrity, structure, practicability and transferability of knowledge, and pursue effective, structured and knowledgeable learning, which is in line with the concept and requirements of the core literacy of fine arts.More in line with the country’s need for high-quality talent training.Under the concept of "deep learning",art courses are reorganized and designed to form learning units more suitable for students’ learning and development,so as to promote students to carry out authentic learning and cultivate authentic learning ability.Nowadays, calligraphy teaching mainly focuses on teaching calligraphy techniques and copying exercises.Students lack a deep understanding of calligraphy and simply focus on the beauty and ugliness of writing. As a result, each piece of deep-seated masterpieces representing traditional Chinese culture loses the connotation and value they should present to students, and the emotion contained in the works and the wisdom of ancestors are ignored.Students lack a deep understanding of the cultural spirit of rites and music and natural emotions presented by artists, and only taste them slightly. They know little about the aesthetic concepts contained in ancient calligraphy works, and cannot treat these calligraphy works in a high-level way of thinking in the long river of 5,000 years of historical development of China,so that it is difficult to form lofty national spirit and cultural confidence. This paper mainly expounds the deep learning and teaching of seal script, and explores the significance of applying deep learning in high school and the feasibility of combining deep learning with calligraphy through literature review and specific practice. This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, which mainly describes the emergence and development background of the deep learning theory, the purpose, significance, content and methods of the research,as well as the development status of deep learning and calligraphy teaching in primary and secondary schools at home and abroad. In the second part, the author defines the concept of "deep learning" in this study by reading books, literatures and journals that are strongly related to "deep learning",and summarizes the characteristics of "deep learning" and "shallow learning" in the form of a table.A comparative analysis is made on the differences between the original unit design and the unit design based on deep learning in three dimensions:design focus, components and text content.Various theoretical foundations supporting deep learning are analyzed and explained to provide theoretical support for deep learning. The third part is the investigation and analysis of the present situation of ordinary high school calligraphy courses.First of all,the author looked up the general teaching and learning methods of calligraphy teaching in primary and secondary schools, and summarized the relevant contents of calligraphy teaching at the present stage.Combined with relevant literature, this paper finds out the problems faced by calligraphy theme unit teaching in high school, analyzes the changes and optimization effects of calligraphy teaching in high school under the guidance of deep learning theory,so as to demonstrate the feasibility and necessity of implementing deep learning theory in calligraphy theme unit in high school. Then, the author designs a questionnaire for high school students’ deep learning of calligraphy and an outline of interviews with high school art teachers.Based on the questionnaire and interview content, the author analyzes the current situation of deep learning of calligraphy in high school art teaching. In the fourth part, the author summarizes a set of universal deep learning unit teaching design ideas and design schemes, which can provide reference for deep learning teaching design in high school. The fifth part is the design and implementation of high school calligraphy teaching unit under the deep learning. The calligraphy unit teaching under the "deep learning" is based on the learning of the basic content of seal script and integrates the interdisciplinary content such as history and dance,so as to promote students to truly realize the results of "deep learning" as the goal, and provide reference for the relatively weak problem of calligraphy teaching in middle school. The sixth part is the author’s research summary and implementation results, including the author’s reflection on this research and suggestions for improvement of calligraphy teaching in high school under the deep learning. This study takes high school calligraphy and seal script as an example and combines the concept of deep learning to consider the design of calligraphy teaching unit under deep learning from four dimensions.Through the design and implementation of this study, the deep learning of high school calligraphy unit teaching has a significant effect on improving students’ in-depth understanding of the aesthetic value and natural and cultural emotions contained in calligraphy works, and also has a certain improvement in strengthening the structure of students’ knowledge and enhancing the ability of knowledge transfer and construction. Therefore, teachers’ application of deep learning theory can promote the transformation of calligraphy teaching to unit and project-based,and more help the development of students’ core literacy. |
