Research On The Cultivation Of Grassroots Employment Concept Among College Students In The New Era

Contemporary college students are a generation that is advancing together with the new era,a precious talent resource of the country,with broad development prospects,and also shoulder the great mission of the times.They play an important role in the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country and the new journey of promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Grassroots are an important platform for the growth and success of college students in the new era.Guiding and encouraging college students to seek employment at the grassroots level is an important strategic task.It not only broadens channels for college students’ employment,but also provides a stage for them to exercise their talents.It also provides an important way for college students to realize their self-worth.It also provides important talent support for China’s in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and regional coordinated development strategy.Concept is the precursor of action,and whether there is a scientific concept of grassroots employment is a prerequisite and necessary condition for college students to actively face grassroots employment.Cultivating a scientific concept of grassroots employment for college students has important practical and far-reaching strategic significance.Therefore,this study uses literature analysis to sort out existing theoretical research results,and uses questionnaire survey and interview methods to investigate the grassroots employment concepts of college students.It analyzes the current situation of grassroots employment concepts of college students in the new era,and proposes paths for cultivating grassroots employment concepts of college students in response to existing problems and reasons,in order to promote the formation of scientific grassroots employment concepts among college students in the new era,Actively targeting grassroots employment and contributing to the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization and socialist modernization.This article starts from the following five parts,with the first part being the introduction.Mainly elaborating on the research reasons and significance,systematically summarizing the current research status at home and abroad,research methods,key and difficult points of research,and innovative aspects.The second part is the necessity analysis of cultivating grassroots employment concepts among college students in the new era.Based on the background and practical needs of the new era,this paper mainly discusses the necessity of cultivating college students’ grassroots employment concept in the new era from three perspectives: the internal needs of college students to hone themselves and realize their personal values,the objective needs of providing talent support for rural revitalization and grassroots governance,and the inevitable requirements of boosting the construction of Chinese path to modernization and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The third part is a theoretical overview of the research on grassroots employment concepts among college students in the new era.On the premise of combing the relevant literature,this paper defines the concepts of grassroots,college students’ employment concepts,college students’ grassroots employment concepts and other related concepts,and expounds the theoretical basis of the research from the aspects of Marx’s human theory,Marx’s concept of job selection,and the CPC’s statements on youth employment in different periods.The fourth part is an analysis of the current situation of grassroots employment concepts among college students in the new era.Firstly,through the analysis of grassroots employment data of some universities in Guangxi from 2017 to 2022,as well as the analysis of questionnaire survey data and interview results,the basic situation of grassroots employment of college students in the new era,the basic characteristics and good trends of grassroots employment concepts are summarized.The problems with grassroots employment concepts of college students are summarized as follows: bias towards grassroots employment,insufficient understanding of grassroots employment;Excessive pursuit of personal interests and weak awareness of grassroots employment;Vulnerable to various factors and weak willingness for grassroots employment;Deviation in employment value orientation and impure motivation for grassroots employment;The lack of emotional support at the grassroots level and the weak will to take root at the grassroots level.Secondly,analyze the reasons for the existing problems,including the personal ideological consciousness and value pursuit of college students,the guidance and education of universities towards grassroots employment for college students,the influence and guidance role of parents’ concepts,the incentive and guidance role of grassroots employment policies for college students,and the impact of social atmosphere and public opinion environment,in order to lay the foundation for targeted cultivation paths.The fifth part is the exploration of the path for cultivating grassroots employment concepts among college students in the new era.Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons for the grassroots employment concept of college students in the new era,targeted and feasible paths are proposed to cultivate the grassroots employment concept of college students from the perspectives of individual students,universities,families,government,society,etc.The main steps include: firstly,strengthening students’ self-education awareness,actively rooted in the grassroots to achieve life value;The second is to give full play to the role of universities as the main battlefield for education,and increase the cultivation of grassroots employment concepts;Thirdly,attach importance to the basic role of family education and guide children to adjust their employment value positioning;Fourthly,improve the long-term mechanism for grassroots employment and stimulate the precise guidance of grassroots employment policies;The fifth is to create a good atmosphere for grassroots employment,enhance the value guidance of social support,and help college students establish a scientific concept of grassroots employment,and integrate personal ideals into the trend of national construction and great national rejuvenation.
