| The 19th report clearly put forward the rural revitalization strategy,in which the talent revitalization is an important part of the rural revitalization strategy.Talent revitalization is to encourage and support more excellent talents with professional knowledge and feelings of rural grassroots employment.College students are the hope for the future of the country,and also the talent guarantee for rural grassroots revitalization.The entry of college students into grassroots work can alleviate the employment pressure faced by China’s economic development,and also can guarantee the implementation of the sustainable revitalization strategy for rural grassroots.Based on the research results of many domestic and foreign scholars,this paper conducts a study on the employment of college students from the school of science and technology of xinjiang agricultural university by using questionnaire survey method and interview method and logistic method.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)among the 258 samples surveyed,46%of the sample size wants to work in prefecture-level cities,believing that the price of housing in prefecture-level cities is low and there are relatively more job opportunities.19 percent of the sample wanted to enter provincial capital cities;Only 1.55 percent want to enter a town or village for work,mainly because it is easy to get a job because of the proximity to home.In terms of employment type,the majority of respondents wanted to enter state-owned enterprises,foreign capital and joint ventures in the future,accounting for 48.45%.The proportion of people entering state organs and public institutions was 23.26%.Self-employment accounted for 23.64%and only 4.65%.(2)this paper finds that age,experience of class cadres,place of origin and feelings of male and female friends of individual characteristics play a significant role in college students’ willingness to enter grassroots employment.Family factors in the ancestral home,father’s education degree,nature of work,the previous generation nature of work,family income is the main family factors affecting the university students into the grassroots employment intention,however,parents and grandparents work job nature of college students will have a significant impact at the grass-roots level,it can be seen on the generation of the accumulation of social capital and social network relation in offspring children will play a significant role.The variables such as job remuneration,professionalism,job prospect and employment policy are significantly correlated with the grassroots employment of college students.Finally,based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions from the perspectives of family,society and individual,providing reference for the solution of rural revitalization and employment of college students in xinjiang. |
