| As one of the core driving forces of teacher professional development,teacher professional identity has always been the focus of people’s attention.Unlike teachers of other subjects(mathematics,English),primary school ethics and rule of law are mostly taught by language teachers,who need to promote class or school management at the same time.Therefore,under multiple work,environment and other factors,there are certain problems in the formation or development of professional identity of part-time teachers of primary school ethics and rule of law.This study draws on social identity theory and self-classification theory,focuses on the professional identity of part-time teachers of primary school ethics and rule of law,and adopts the case study method in qualitative research methods as the research method.In this study,the connotation and characteristics of identity and the connotation of teachers’ professional identity are first clarified,and on this basis,the professional identity connotation of part-time teachers of primary school ethics and rule of law is defined,and the relevant research of part-time teachers of primary school ethics and rule of law is sorted out.Then,through interviews and observations,four part-time teachers of ethics and rule of law from T Primary School in Nantong,Jiangsu Province were used as research objects to depict their professional recognition and extract the characteristics and influencing factors of their professional identity.Among them,the professional identity characteristics of part-time teachers of primary school ethics and rule of law are elaborated from three parts: professional cognition,teacher behavior and emotional presentation.There are three factors that affect the professional identity of part-time teachers of primary school ethics and rule of law:the teacher itself,the teacher group and the external environment.This study has the following conclusions: first,the real status of professional identity of part-time teachers of ethics and rule of law in primary schools is dynamically changing and different,and the professional identity of the four part-time teachers of ethics and rule of law can be divided into three different types;Second,the professional identity of part-time teachers of ethics and rule of law in primary schools is an interactive process with self,group and environment.Part-time teachers of primary school ethics and rule of law will work together on the formation and change of their professional identity,and they will find their own meaning through interaction with these factors,in order to obtain a sense of belonging to the group and clarify their professional value in the context of social discourse.Third,the relationship between the part-time professional status of primary school ethics and rule of law and the professional identity of part-time teachers of primary school ethics and rule of law is intertwined.Based on the above conclusions,this study puts forward a possible strategy to promote the formation and development of professional identity of part-time teachers of ethics and rule of law in primary schools,first of all,in terms of professional learning of part-time teachers of ethics and rule of law,it is recommended that parttime teachers of ethics and rule of law carry out ecologically oriented team professional learning.Secondly,in terms of the professional ability of part-time teachers of ethics and rule of law,the training content of ethics and rule of law teacher training needs to focus on the cultivation of the reflective and practical ability of parttime teachers of ethics and rule of law,so that part-time teachers of ethics and rule of law in primary schools can interact with existing moral education theories with personal knowledge extracted from reflection,and constantly adjust personal practical knowledge and improve reflective ability,forming a spiraling development model.Then the society or school should provide sufficient support for the professional development of part-time teachers of ethics and rule of law in primary schools,such as building a teaching resource platform for ethics and rule of law.Finally,in terms of the construction of morality and rule of law teachers,future ethics and rule of law teachers can try to move towards full-time,according to the current teacher training conditions,full-time ethics and rule of law teachers can not be achieved overnight,it is particularly important to seek the balance of the work of part-time teachers of ethics and rule of law,and explore possible paths for other affairs or disciplines to combine with the discipline of ethics and rule of law,so as to avoid the interference of "one teacher and two subjects" on the professional identity of ethics and rule of law. |
