Research On The Process Of Preparing Chemical Test Paper Based On 6SIGMA Theory

The quality of test papers and questions in them is a hot issue in educational evaluation.At present,the main method for senior high school chemistry teachers to prepare test papers is based on the recognized general process,that is,on the basis of clear examination objectives and requirements,to prepare a two-way detailed list,and then based on their own experience to formulate questions of the test,reference answers and scoring standards.Due to the dependence of the general process on the teacher’s own experience,the quality of the test paper prepared is uneven.6SIGMA theory is a theory that improves related processes based on statistical dispersion,and is often used to formulate or modify the company’s management processes to make the process products more in line with customer needs.The process is mainly divided into five stages: defining customer needs,measuring the original process,analyzing process defects,improving the original process and controlling the new process.This study introduces the 6SIGMA theory into the field of teaching evaluation,defines the standard of test paper quality with the method of literature,analyzes the quality of the test paper prepared under the general process,sums up the defects of the test paper prepared under the general process,puts forward the improvement plan,and carries out the corresponding adaptation and optimization of the general process,and designs a reference table that includes "determining the objectives and requirements of the test","preparation literacy-level reference table" A new process of five steps,namely,"preparing two-way detailed list and test paper","modifying and reviewing test paper",and "determining a complete set of test paper".The research invited a front-line teacher to prepare a set of chemical grade test questions under the background of the new college entrance examination in Shanghai based on the new process,and conducted an online evaluation of senior three students in a key high school in Shanghai,and interviewed the teachers of relevant topics.The test results and interview results show that the optimized test paper ordering process can better control the quality of test papers.Through the optimization and improvement of the test paper preparation process,this study aims to provide a certain reference for the majority of front-line teachers to set questions,improve the quality of chemical test papers,reduce errors in the process of setting and reviewing,monitor the quality of chemical test papers,and more accurately measure students’ academic level and ability.
