Research On The Construction Of Teacher Professional Literacy Index System Based On Ideological And Political Courses

Presently,The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was clearly stated that implement the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue,develop quality-oriented education,promote fairness in education and train socialist builders and successors for all-round development of morality,intelligence,body and beauty.Moral education scientifically answers the primary question of education:”who should be cultivated”.It is also a good response to all the existing problems in China’s current education.The ideological and political implementation of the course has been explored in Shanghai since 2014,which is an effective way to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people through virtue.At the same time,teachers are the key factor to solve the last kilometer of course ideological and political construction,so the quality of teachers plays a vital role in the political construction,and in the cultivation of people with all-round development.Moreover,in view of the overall,basic and leading role of basic education in the whole growth stage of students,colleges and universities mainly train teachers at the stage of basic education.To some extent,the quality of teachers in colleges and universities greatly affects and even determines the quality of basic education.Therefore,it is necessary to explore and study what professional quality colleges and universities teachers should have under the course ideological and political background,so as to strengthen the construction of teachers and realize the goal of cultivating talents through virtue.Based on the above ideas,this paper studies the index composition system of colleges and universities teachers under the course ideological and political background.Using the literature method,Nvivo11.0 quality analysis method preliminary build the professional quality index system of teachers in colleges and universities based on the course ideological and political background,and then two rounds of Delphi method,and combined with the interview method,according to the expect opinion correction and perfect,the indicators reached the coefficient of variation standard,and passed the consistency test,thus basically established the professional quality index system of teachers in colleges and universities based on the ideological and political courses.Finally,the hierarchical analysis method was used to further determine the weight of all indicators,and conduct random consistency test.All indicators passed the test,indicating that the weight allocation of indicators was reasonable and met the requirements.Finally,the teachers’ professional quality index system based on curriculum ideological and politics was finally established.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)In this study,normal college teacher’s professional quality index system based on ideological and political courses is constructed.The system is complete and rigorous,scientific and reasonable.It mainly includes four first-level indicators:education,truth seeking,good and worship beauty literacy.The 9 secondary indicators include educational knowledge,basic teaching ability,professional spirit,scientific knowledge and so on.The30 three-level indicators include subject knowledge,subject teaching method knowledge,instructional design,teaching organization and implementation,career understanding and understanding,attitude and behavior of education and teaching,nature and mathematical science knowledge,social science knowledge,realistic and pragmatic attitude,rational critical thinking,ideological and political knowledge,consciously patriotic and law-abidin g,active dedication to the society,literature and art theoretical knowledge,aesthetic sensib ility,aesthetic imagination and so on.The hierarchical analysis method was used to calculate the weight assignment of the normal college teacher professional quality index system based on the ideological and political courses,and the weight allocation of various indexes was reasonable and met the requirements.Among them,the first-level index weight value is taken from high to low:education(0.463),good(0.329),truth(0.125)seeking,worship beauty literacy.(0.083)The weight value of the secondary index is higher under the primary index:educational knowledge(0.400),basic teaching ability(0.400),scientific spirit(0.667),moral knowledge(0.500),noble moral character(0.500),aesthetic ability.(0.667)The weight value of the three-level index is higher under the secondary index:subject knowledge(0.193),subject teaching method knowledge(0.180),teaching organization and implementation(0.443),inst ructional design(0.387),attitude and behavior of education and teaching(0.354),attitude and behavior to students(0.354),social science knowledge(0.443),realistic attitude(0.549),ideological and political theory knowledge(0.667),conscious patriotic and law-abiding(0.500),theoretical knowledge of literature and art(0.500),knowledge of artistic creation practice knowledge(0.500),aesthetic feeling.(0.557),aesthetic imagination(0.320).(2)Under the background of ideological and political courses,in order to realize the cultivation of “all-round development of people”,teachers in normal colleges should have the literacy of education,,truth seeking,good and worship beauty,which complement each other and one is indispensable.Put forward suggestions to promote the improvement of teachers’ profession quality:In the current courses of ideological and political background,teachers should uphold the concept of cultivating people by virtue,set up the goal of the whole-person training.Based on professional growth,we will lay a solid foundation for educational literacy.Carry forward the spirit of scientists and promote scientific literacy.Focus on teachers ’ethics and practice moral quality.Advocate art and culture,strengthen aesthetic literacy.
