| The "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education Work in the New Era" specifies the development requirements and reform direction of school physical education work,proposes to focus on teaching sports skills,enable students to master one or two sports skills,and gradually form a curriculum construction reform idea of " one school,one product" and " one school,multiple products",And clarify the guiding opinions on the gradual improvement of the "health knowledge+basic sports skills+special sports skills" school physical education teaching model reform in primary and secondary schools.In recent years,with the joint promotion of the Gymnastics Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China and the Department of Sports,Health,and Art Education of the Ministry of Education,the "cheerleading into campus activities" have been carried out vigorously in major cities,and have initially formed distinctive school courses.However,the construction of cheerleading special courses is still weak in many rural areas.This experiment takes 80 students in two classes of Grade 3 of the first primary school in Subu Town,Yu’ an District,Lu’ an City as the research objects,uses the way of dance cheerleading special teaching,compares the traditional physical education teaching with cheerleading special teaching,and uses the methods of literature,interviews,experiments,tests,mathematical statistics,etc.to reflect the characteristics of specialized teaching with experimental data on the way of school sports reform exploration The change of student movement ’sports ability,the characteristics of cheerleading,etc.The conclusion drawn through the experiment is as follows:1.Data shows that specialized cheerleading teaching has a greater impact on students’ physical fitness than traditional teaching.2.Cheerleading teaching has a certain impact on the waist and abdomen strength,arm strength,flexibility,coordination ability,and reaction ability elements of students’ physical fitness.Compared to the control class,it has a very significant impact in terms of strength quality and flexibility quality,and both male and female students are the same.3.According to the results of the male and female specialized skill tests in the cheerleading specialized teaching class,the seven P-values of action combination,technical skills,and physical fitness are all greater than 0.5,indicating that the cheerleading project has no effect on gender indicators.The indicator of good grades indicates that the specialized teaching model can effectively help students master sports skills solidly.4.After one academic year of observation,recording,and random interviews,the experimental class students performed more actively and outstandingly in the application of specialized sports skills,from regular class coordination and creation,to consolidation and practice after class,and to performances and demonstrations at art festivals.The mastery and application of specialized skills in the control class are not ideal.The relevant suggestions are as follows:1.Local schools should combine reality,actively explore,dare to take action,actively participate in the reform of physical education curriculum,implement specialized teaching,improve student movement ability,more effectively promote the specialized reform of physical education in rural schools,and strive for the goal of "one school,one quality" and "one school,many quality".2.To strengthen the construction of physical education in rural schools,from teachers to venues;Rural schools can introduce cheerleading programs into physical education classroom teaching in primary and secondary schools,enrich the construction of campus sports culture,and actively explore the implementation of curriculum reform. |
