| Children aged 4-5 are in the "sensitive" and "critical" period of basic motor skills development.The development of basic motor skills is not only limited to the development of basic movements,but also the improvement and development of their motor ability,physical quality and various abilities.As an effective means to promote the development of children’s basic motor skills,physical education games play a crucial role in the field of children’s health,and are of key importance in stimulating children’s interest in movement and improving their cognitive ability.However,there are still more problems when rural early childhood teachers organize physical education games activities.For example,the lack of professional teachers and teachers’ equation of physical play with outdoor play and peer play activities hinder children’s physical and mental development.Therefore,this study takes the development of basic movement skills of middle school children as the entry point,develops a physical education game teaching plan,and investigates the effectiveness of physical education games to improve the basic movement skills of rural middle school children.This study used literature,experimental and case study methods,combining quantitative and qualitative research.The researcher selected 40 middle class children in kindergarten C of village X in Gaizhou City,Liaoning Province as the study subjects.By implementing physical game teaching activities for the experimental group and regular physical activities for the control group,the differences in the effects of physical games on the mobility skills and manipulative skills of the children in the experimental group were analyzed.We compared the effects of different activity forms on the development of basic motor skills of the tested children and investigated whether physical games could effectively improve children’s basic motor skills.Combining the results of the analysis of toddlers’ basic motor skill development,conclusions of the study were drawn and targeted educational suggestions were formed.Conclusion: First,systematic sports games can promote the development of children’s basic motor skills;Second,there are advantages and disadvantages in the development of basic motor skills of rural middle class children;Third,boys’ manipulative skills are better than girls’ after sports games;Fourth,environment and individual constraints are the main reasons affecting the motor development of rural children.According to the research results of this study,the following suggestions are put forward:First,advocate the preparation of games by integrating multiple factors to improve the quality of physical games;Second,improve teachers’ physical literacy and enhance their educational teaching ability;Third,kindergartens should strengthen their support for physical game activities;Fourth,transform the physical education concepts of parents of rural toddlers to enhance their awareness of educational investment. |
