| Since the implementation of the basic strategy of comprehensive rule of law,Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law has played a major role in it.Therefore,high school ideological and political teachers need to stand at the intersection of two hundred years of history to integrate Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law into high school ideological and political teaching,so as to guide students to deepen their understanding of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era while enhancing their sense of national identity.On March 18,2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping presided over a symposium for teachers of the school’s ideological and political theory course.At the meeting,it was emphasized that the ideological and political curriculum is a key course to implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,and Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law is highly relevant to it.Therefore,if high school ideological and political teachers combine Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law with teaching,they can enrich the ideological and political teaching in high school,take the ideological and political subject literacy of high school as the starting point,cultivate students into talents under the rule of law,and implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people in ideological and political disciplines.At present,the integration of Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought into high school ideological and political teaching has achieved certain results.Through investigation,it is found that schools pay more and more attention to the application of Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought in life,the enhancement of teachers’ sense of integration,and the increase of students’ interest in learning Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought.However,there are still some problems in the process of integration,which are mainly reflected in the single teaching methods of teachers,the lack of their own professional knowledge,the incomplete application of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law,the differences in students’ knowledge reserves,and the connection between the nature of the school and the integration effect.The reasons for these problems include the pressure of the college entrance examination,which affects the teaching of teachers,the existing professional ability gap of teachers,and the differences in student development.Based on the existing problems as the premise,targeted countermeasures can be put forward,mainly from the perspective of teachers and students.First of all,from the perspective of teachers: change the educational concept and improve the teaching effect of the rule of law;improve teaching ability and enrich the knowledge reserve of the rule of law;excavate the value of text and optimize the content of the rule of law in textbooks;highlight the subject of students and pay attention to stimulating the emotions of the rule of law;improve school resources,and take school-based and the rule of law;secondly,from the perspective of students: take students as The main body stimulates students’ feelings about the rule of law;improve students’ thinking about the rule of law based on the classroom;take practice as the core to innovate students’ legal paths.Finally,it is implemented in high school ideological and political textbooks,and the teaching materials are designed on the basis of educational internship,in order to further improve the effectiveness of Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought and high school ideological and political teaching. |
