Study On The Value Of Xi Jinping Thought On The Rule Of Law In Ideological And Political Course Teaching And Its Realization Path

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has based on the reality of China’s rule of law construction,and in the process of constantly absorbing and learning from Marxist legal thought and inheriting the experience of rule of law construction of previous leadership collective of the CPC,it has gradually formed the Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law with rich connotation,rigorous logic and complete system.Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law has a high degree of compatibility with ideological and political courses in colleges and universities in terms of educational objectives and ideological connotations,and plays an important ideological guiding role in the teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.On the one hand,Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law provides direction for the teaching of ideological and political courses to seek the root and develop steadily.On the other hand,it also provides the position and principle guidance for the legal talents who cultivate both morality and law in colleges and universities.Based on the above judgment,Based on the above judgment,it can be concluded that Xi Jinping’s legal ideology has important value in the teaching of ideological and political courses in universities.Research on Xi Jinping’s thought of rule of law is an important direction,strategic layout,main tasks,and important guarantees of comprehensive rule of law.It also discusses the characteristics of Xi Jinping ’s rule of law ideology from five perspectives:distinct political nature,profound strategy,firm people-oriented nature,rigorous systematicity,and strong practicality,On this basis,the value of Xi Jinping’s rule of law ideology in ideological and political education in universities is expounded from two aspects of status and function.The important position of Xi Jinping’s rule of law ideology in ideological and political education in universities is pointed out from four aspects: guiding ideology,theoretical support,important content,educational objectives and requirements.Furthermore,this article discusses the important role of Xi Jinping’s rule of law ideology in the teaching of ideological and political courses in universities from four aspects: the realization of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,the promotion of Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought’s "Three Entries" practical work,ideological security in universities,and the enhancement of college students’ rule of law awareness and literacy.This part of the content provides a theoretical foundation for subsequent research as a whole.In the context of the practical implementation of Xi Jinping’s rule of law ideology in the "Three Entries" work,this paper comprehensively and from multiple perspectives examines the current situation of Xi Jinping’s rule of law ideology in the teaching of ideological and political courses in universities.Although Xi Jinping’s rule of law ideology has achieved certain results in the status,teaching atmosphere,and integration of teaching materials in ideological and political courses in
