Research On The Educational Function Of Ideological And Political Education Environment In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

Colleges and universities,as the main front for cultivating morality and talents,have built a system of education with ideological and political as the core to cultivate talents for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.As an important part of the ideological and political education system in colleges and universities,the ideological and political education environment plays an imperceptible role in educating people.Since the 19 th CPC National Congress,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a completely new historical stage.We have carried out a series of ground-breaking reforms and made enormous historic achievements.At the same time,it also set higher requirements for the development of various undertakings of the Party and state.As a "microclimate" in the "general environment" of the new era,the ideological and political education environment in colleges and universities has also emerged new features with the times.With the convening of the Party’s 20 National Congress,the orientation of the development of the ideological and political education environment in colleges and universities in the new era is more and more clearly,that is,guided by the socialist core values,integrated into the school management and education evaluation system,so as to improve the overall education mechanism of colleges and universities.The ideological and political education environment of colleges and universities in the new era is gradually realizing the ideological guidance and concept education of students through the media of college space landscape,information exchange,interpersonal relationship and so on.Based on the background of the new era and the goal of cultivating new people in an all-round development,this paper proposes to take the environmental education thought contained in Chinese traditional culture and the environmental education thought contained in western traditional culture as the ideological origin,and take Marxist environmental education theory,Chinese environmental education theory and western environmental education theory as the theoretical basis.After sorting out the related concepts of ideological and political education environment education in colleges and universities in the new era,the paper summarizes its functions of emotional infection,cultural moist,behavioral restraint and spiritual stimulation,and its characteristics of extensiveness,concealability,gradualism and orientation.Then the paper discusses the existing predicament of ideological and political education environment education in colleges and universities and the causes of the predicament from both inside and outside the classroom.Specifically,the existing problems in the classroom environment are not deep understanding of teaching space environment,teaching information environment supply and demand mismatch,teaching interpersonal environment construction disharmony;The existing problems in the extracurricular environment are the lack of spiritual connotation in the campus space environment,the lack of guidance and management in the campus information culture environment,and the lack of maintenance and consolidation in the campus interpersonal environment.Therefore,the optimization of ideological and political education environment should be carried out in six aspects under the principle of orientation,long-term,systematic and student-oriented.
