With the advancement of mathematics teaching reform in middle schools,the "General High School Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition,2020Revision)"(hereinafter referred to as the "Curriculum Standards")puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of students’ innovative ability,and incorporates mathematical inductive reasoning ability and mathematical problem posing ability into the cultivation goals of high school mathematics teaching.The cultivation of mathematical inductive reasoning ability and problem posing ability is conducive to the cultivation of students’ innovative thinking ability.In recent years,these two abilities have received widespread attention,but in current classroom teaching,teachers often neglect to let students summarize and ask questions themselves.Therefore,studying the mathematical inductive reasoning ability and mathematical problem posing ability of high school sophomores is of great significance for understanding the current situation of students and cultivating their pertinence.This study also attempts to explore the relationship between these two abilities,Provide possible approaches and theoretical support for the cultivation of mathematical inductive reasoning ability and problem posing ability.This article studies three aspects of issues: the first is the current situation of mathematical inductive reasoning ability of senior two students,the second is the current situation of mathematical problem posing ability of senior two students,and the third is the relationship between mathematical inductive reasoning ability and problem posing ability of senior two students.To solve the problem,corresponding test papers were prepared,and the test papers selected the problem situations expressed in written language,symbolic language,and graphical language.Through statistical analysis of the test paper data,the following research conclusions were obtained:(1)The mathematical inductive reasoning ability of the senior two students is at a medium level,and there is a significant gap in their mathematical inductive reasoning ability.There is no significant difference in mathematical inductive reasoning ability between students of different genders.The mathematical inductive reasoning ability of senior two students is significantly related to their mathematical academic performance.The stronger their mathematical inductive reasoning ability,the higher their mathematical academic performance.(2)The mathematical problem posing ability of the second year high school students is at a moderate level,and there is no significant difference in the mathematical problem posing ability of different gender students.The mathematical problem posing ability of senior two students is significantly related to their mathematical academic performance.The stronger their mathematical problem posing ability,the higher their mathematical academic performance.(3)The mathematical inductive reasoning ability of senior two students is significantly positively correlated with their mathematical problem posing ability,with a correlation coefficient of 0.598.Students’ mathematical inductive reasoning ability has an impact on their mathematical problem posing ability,that is,the stronger their mathematical inductive reasoning ability,the stronger their mathematical problem posing ability is relatively;The ability of students to pose mathematical problems has an impact on their mathematical inductive reasoning ability.That is,the stronger their mathematical problem posing ability is,the stronger their mathematical inductive reasoning ability is.(4)In the problem situation expressed in three languages,the total score of mathematical inductive reasoning and the total score of mathematical problem posing were significantly correlated.Regression analysis is conducted on the scores of students’ mathematical inductive reasoning ability test paper and mathematical problem posing ability test paper.The scores of mathematical inductive reasoning ability are taken as independent variables,and the regression equation is xy(10)(28)829.6304.0.The scores of mathematical problem posing ability are taken as independent variables,and the regression equation is xy(10)(28)829.6304.0.
