Competitive martial arts routine is a modern sports competition with Chinese national characteristics.As an important part of competitive martial arts,competitive Tai Chi has distinct national style and modern competitive sports characteristics.In recent years,the level of competitive Tai Chi has been improved rapidly,showing a high,difficult,beautiful and new development trend,and at the same time,it puts forward higher requirements for the competitive ability of competitive Tai Chi athletes.If competitive Tai chi athletes want to create excellent results in competitions,they need strong special physical strength as a guarantee.Strong special physical strength is an important basis for athletes to complete the quality of movements with high standards,ensure the stability of difficult movements and fully express the aesthetic meaning of competitive Taijiquan.Through interviews with experts and coaches in the field of competitive tai Chi in Hebei Province,it is found that the weakness of special physical strength has become an urgent practical problem to be solved in the training and competition of most competitive tai chi athletes in our province.In particular,there are big weaknesses in the special physical strength of female athletes,leading to the breakthrough improvement of their competitive level.Therefore,this study selects special physical indicators that can effectively reflect competitive Tai Chi events,and scientifically constructs a special physical evaluation system for outstanding female competitive Tai chi athletes.The purpose is to deeply grasp the special physical characteristics of competitive Tai chi athletes,and effectively evaluate the actual special physical levels of competitive Tai chi athletes.To promote the precision of special physical training of competitive Tai Chi athletes,so as to effectively improve the competitive level of female competitive Tai Chi athletes in Hebei Province.In this study,literature data,survey,measurement,mathematical statistics and other research methods were used to prepare special physical indicators through literature data collation and expert interviews.The Delphi method was used to select the indicators for three rounds to determine the index system,and the AHP was used to determine the specific weights of indicators at all levels.The individual physical evaluation standards and comprehensive physical evaluation standards conforming to the excellent female competitive Tai chi athletes in Hebei Province were formulated by the percentile method,and the special physical evaluation system of excellent female competitive Tai chi athletes was scientifically constructed.Based on the evaluation system,the special physical evaluation and case analysis of the competitive Tai chi athletes in Hebei Province were carried out.The results are as follows:(1)The physical characteristics of excellent female competitive taijiquan athletes are long limbs,muscular development of buttocks and big legs,and moderate height and weight;The characteristics of body function are strong aerobic metabolism and anaerobic metabolism.The athletic quality is characterized by strong lower limb rapid burst strength,trunk core stability strength,single-leg support balance,comprehensive body flexibility and quick adjustment of body posture sensitive coordination ability.(2)The special physical evaluation system for excellent female competitive Taijiquan athletes includes three first-level indicators: body form,body function and sports quality;13 secondary indexes: length,circumference,fullness,respiratory system,aerobic capacity,anaerobic capacity,strength quality,speed quality,endurance quality,flexibility quality,agility and coordination quality,balance quality,special difficulty movements;There are 24 three-level indicators: Height,finger spacing/height,lower limb length B/ height,thigh circumference,waist circumference/hip circumference,weight,body fat percentage,vital capacity,relative maximum oxygen intake,relative maximum anaerobic power,weight-bearing squat,20 s overhanging leg lift,30 s leaf squat,vertical vertical jump,plank,30 s straight swing leg method,sitting forward flexion,balance pad knee lift independent,3000 meters,1min min Step through the palm catch in the air flying foot,1min in the air kicking,1min in the air flying foot inward turn 180°,1min in the whirlwind foot360°,1min in the air swing lotus 360°.(3)Establish the weight model of the special physical evaluation indexes of excellent female competitive Tai Chi athletes: Among the first-level indexes,the weight of athletic quality(0.648)is the highest,and athletic quality is the most important among the special physical ability of female competitive Tai Chi athletes;The weight of strength quality(0.225)is the highest among the secondary indexes.Among the three level indexes,the form index represented by the length of lower limbs,the function index represented by the relative maximum oxygen uptake and the strength quality index represented by the 30 s leaf squats have become the key indexes affecting the special physical level of the outstanding female competitive taijiquan athletes.(4)According to the five-level evaluation method,the author evaluated the special physical abilities of the excellent female competitive Taijiquan athletes in Hebei Province,and found that the individual differences of the special physical abilities of the excellent female competitive Taijiquan athletes in Hebei Province were obvious,and the weak lower limb strength and poor flexibility were prominent common problems in the special physical abilities of the female competitive Taijiquan athletes in Hebei Province.
