| Tennis is a sport integrating health,leisure and fashion.The development of national fitness has promoted the popularization and promotion of tennis,an "aristocratic sport" in China.At the same time,Chinese female professional tennis players have achieved a series of excellent results in world-famous tennis competitions,as well as international tennis events such as China Tennis Open and Shanghai Rolex masters recently held in China,which play an important role in promoting the development of Chinese tennis.Although Jiaozuo tennis was carried out late,under the favorable external factors and good domestic atmosphere,Jiaozuo tennis has shown a trend of rapid development in recent years.However,with the rapid development of Jiaozuo tennis,there are some problems: lack of high-quality teachers,insufficient tennis venues and facilities,less extracurricular tennis activities and inter school tennis events,etc;The source of funds for competitive tennis is single,and the construction of reserve talent echelon is not perfect;There is a lack of scientific design and management of tennis venues for primary and secondary school students.In order to speed up the healthy development of Jiaozuo tennis,it is particularly urgent and important to analyze the current situation of Jiaozuo tennis and put forward development countermeasures.Taking the current situation of tennis in Jiaozuo City as the research object,this paper investigates and studies the current situation of school tennis,competitive tennis and mass tennis in Jiaozuo City by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical analysis,deeply analyzes the main factors and existing problems affecting the development of tennis in Jiaozuo City,and analyzes and summarizes the relevant influencing factors and existing main problems,Explore the Countermeasures for the development of tennis in Jiaozuo City.It provides a practical reference for the better development of tennis in Jiaozuo City.The following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:(1)Vigorously develop school tennis.First,increase the school’s capital investment in the construction of tennis facilities,strengthen the construction of school tennis infrastructure,make full use of school tennis auxiliary equipment and expand the activity space of tennis.Second,pay attention to the strengthening of tennis teachers,so as to provide talent guarantee for promoting the development of tennis.Based on its own actual situation,the school strengthens the training of tennis teachers,and makes reasonable arrangements for tennis competitions and training to promote the overall development of tennis in the school.Third,optimize tennis extracurricular activities,actively publicize tennis cultural knowledge,make school students have a full understanding of tennis and actively participate in tennis,so as to promote school tennis.(2)Pay attention to the development of competitive tennis.First,the government should pay more attention to it.The development of competitive tennis is inseparable from perfect system and logistics support.Provide guarantee for competitive tennis training through policy formulation.Second,pay attention to the study of tennis culture.Pay attention to tennis training and cultural learning,create favorable conditions for the cultural learning of tennis,and improve the tennis theoretical knowledge of tennis players.Third,strengthen the construction of tennis coaches.Build a system to encourage coaches’ teaching level,pay attention to the training of tennis coaches,and strengthen the training of tennis coaches with the help of diversified ways,so as to improve the comprehensive ability of tennis coaches as a whole.Fourth,improve the tennis training methods,provide various competition opportunities for athletes,enhance the tennis skills of athletes through competition,and improve the performance of tennis players.(3)Actively promote the development of mass tennis.First,with the help of diversified ways,vigorously publicize the mass tennis movement and make the masses actively participate.Second,pay attention to the construction of tennis courts.On the one hand,increase capital investment and build new tennis venues to meet the needs of venues and facilities for the development of tennis.On the other hand,optimize and transform the idle space in Jiaozuo City,make reasonable layout in urban squares,parks and other areas,build tennis courts,and set tennis practice walls in blank areas.Third,strengthen personnel security.Strengthen the training of social sports instructors,hold various tennis competitions through the construction of mass tennis clubs,tennis associations and other organizations,strengthen exchanges and communication with colleges and universities,make full use of college tennis human resources,and invite college tennis teachers and tennis majors to guide the development of mass tennis. |
