| In the development of women’s javelin in recent years,China’s women’s javelin sports have made great progress,creating new Asian records and achieving brilliant results in the Tokyo Olympic Games.Based on the previous scholars’ research on javelin throwing technology,this study compares and analyzes the commonalities and differences of the existing technologies of China’s and the world’s outstanding female javelin throwers,improves the technical actions of China’s outstanding female javelin throwers,narrows the gap between China’s outstanding female javelin throwers and the world’s outstanding female javelin throwers,promotes China’s outstanding female javelin throwers to a higher level in terms of technology,and strives to get more and better rankings in international competitions.This study mainly uses the literature method,three-dimensional video analysis method,comparative analysis method and mathematical statistics method to analyze the kinematic stage technology and final force stage technology of the top four athletes participating in the women’s javelin throw competition(Xipu station)held in Chengdu in 2021.(1)Throwing step stage: Liu Shiying’s step length rule is consistent with that of the world’s outstanding female javelin throwers,and the step length of Bilu Huihui,Su Lingdan and Ge Lijuan is well controlled;Liu Shiying and Lu Hui will control the steps more accurately than Su Lingdan and Ge Lijuan in the throwing stage,which is in line with the range of the world’s outstanding female javelin throwers in the four-step period;In terms of the pace of the four athletes in the fourth step of the throwing step,Liu Shiying and Lu Hui will be faster than Su Lingdan and Ge Lijuan,which is conducive to Liu Shiying and Lu Hui forming a left support faster;At the third time of T5’s left foot landing,Liu Shiying,Lu Huihui and Su Lingdan’s torso recline angle were all within the range of the trunk recline angle of the world’s outstanding female javelin thrower,while Ge Lijuan was slightly lower,which showed that Ge Lijuan’s body stretch was not enough,and the trunk muscle strength was not fully mobilized;When T5’s left foot touched the ground for the third time,Liu Shiying,Lu Huihui,Su Lingdan and Ge Lijuan’s body center of gravity all dropped appropriately,which was the need to lower the body’s center of gravity to brake,so that the momentum of the lower limb was transmitted to the upper limb;Liu Shiying,Lu Huihui,Su Lingdan and Ge Lijuan have better control of the angle of the right elbow joint than the angle of the right shoulder joint when the first three steps of the throwing step start with the foot landing moment and the fourth step ends with the foot landing moment.(2)Final force stage: Compared with the maximum buffer moment of T7,the angle of Liu Shiying,Lu Huihui and Su Lingdan’s left knee joint increased at the time of T8 javelin,while Ge Lijuan’s angle was still decreasing,and the continuous decrease of angle was not conducive to the completion of Ge Lijuan’s final force technique;At the time of the T8 javelin throw,Liu Shiying and Lu Huihui’s shot speed and shooting angle were consistent with the average shooting speed and angle range of the world’s outstanding female javelin throwers,while Su Lingdan and Ge Lijuan’s shot speed was slower and the shot angle was too large,which was not conducive to their performance.Liu Shiying,Lv Huihui,Su Lingdan and Ge Lijuan all had a shot height coefficient at the time of T8 javelin throwing that was greater than the average shot height coefficient of the world’s outstanding female javelin throwers,which indicates that the four athletes were too pursuing shot height.Based on the whole process of javelin throwing by the four athletes,the study believes that the throwing skills of Liu Shiying and Lu Huihui are more excellent,which is more suitable for the reference and reference of relevant athletes and coaches. |
