| At present,the research on the javelin movement of experts and scholars at home and abroad,too much emphasis on the aspects of the special strength training athletes,the javelin’s mechanical characteristics,to a certain extent,ignored the analysis stages of technical features of each stage of the javelin.The purpose of this study was to throw technique through comparison and analysis of Chinese elite female javelin athletes,found the gap with the world advanced level,seek countermeasures in the difference,which not only can be used as reference for our athletes and coaches at various levels,but also promote the throwing technique of Chinese Elite Female Javelin Athletes,the throwing technique of Chinese female javelin athletes in line with the world advanced level as soon as possible.This research mainly uses the test method,using high speed camera to catch the video in four stations in domestic game of Chinese Elite Female Javelin Athletes Li Lingwei,Zhang Li,Liu Shiying,Lv Huihui,using APAS and Dartifish software for data analysis,analysis of the athletes in the whole technical process in all aspects of kinematics the parameters,and analysis and Research on two steps of last and final stages of technical force.Through the comparative analysis of the kinematic parameters,the results are as follows:(1)the third step cross step long Lv Huihui,the body gravity horizontal speed loss,cross step and finally forced Zhang Li,Liu Shiying step too short,Li Lingwei cross step by step in the shortest time,to maintain the level of the highest speed.On the whole,there are differences between the Chinese and the world’s elite athletes.(2)four athletes in the throwing step after the two step the trunk angle change decreased,and the reduction is in the range of 2 degrees ~6 degrees,consistent with the general rules,but Zhang Li cross step when the trunk angle is too small,the support leg advance force,support period is too long,is not conducive to the buffer and pedal final force extension,thus affecting the throwing performance.(3)over four athletes left a moment in the cross step speed loss rate is not a moment to the right end of the fourth step,In addition to Lv Huihui’s conference reaches around 10%,but less than the world top level in the throwing step after the two step the shoulder and elbow angles,this means that they were in the final before the shoulder and elbow extension strength is not enough,the emergence of the "shrug elbow" phenomenon,is not conducive to rapid tightening the trunk,"full bow" posture.(4)Zhang Li in the final stage of maximum thrust moment right knee angle is too large,which reached 143 degrees,resulting in his right leg strength is poor,this is because of the gravity and the support reaction force of the dual role,the right leg had to greatly reduce the load buffer to bend or reduce brake.And the four athletes are higher than the height of the world’s best level,is not conducive to the moment of the javelin throwing force effect of the vertical axis.The above results were summarized and concluded:(1)Liu Shiying,Li Lingwei,Zhang Li’s last two steps of throwing two step by step length is short and long,but Lv Huihui will throw the step two step step after the show is "long short".(2)the rules of the trunk inclination of the four athletes after the throw of the step of the two steps show a decreasing trend,which is not conducive to maintaining the approach speed and the completion of the instrument.(3)Lv Huihui will be compared with the other three,the finalphase speed low utilization rate reached about 10%,which shows her in the javelin speed before the loss rate is larger,not will be fully into the run-up speed of javelin throwing speed.(4)in the last stage of the last stretch of the maximum stretch Zhang Li’s right knee angle is too large,significantly more than the average level of four athletes,and the four athletes are higher than the height of the world’s best level. |
