| As the basic joint of human movement, the ankle joint plays a vital role in all sports. In order to promote the continuous improvement of the level of football physical training in sports colleges, ankle function training is introduced into the daily football teaching and training of student football players,so as to explore the influence effect of ankle function training on the displacement and direction change speed of college football players.Research Methods:The effects of ankle function training and traditional training on the displacement and change speed of college football players with and without the ball were studied. The displacement and direction change velocity indicators were tested before, during and after the experiment, and relevant data were collected and analyzed.Research results:(1)The experimental group had a significant improvement in the 20-meter straight sprint test(p<0.01),while the control group had no significant improvement in the 20-meter straight sprint test(p>0.05),and the control group and the experimental group showed a significant improvement(p<0.01)before and after the 30-meter straight sprint experiment.(2)The 20 m straight dribbling score of the control group and the experimental group fluctuated significantly in the interaction effect of the time × group(p=0.003,<0.01).After the pairing test of the previous and subsequent results,it was found that the control group and the experimental group showed a significant improvement(p<0.01),the experimental group had a significant improvement in the 20-meter backward pull ball test(p<0.05),and the control group did not have a significant improvement(p=0.192,> 0.05).(3)The pre-and post-experimental results of the control group and the experimental group had significant fluctuations in the interaction effect of the time ×group(p=0.003,< 0.01),and after the pairing test of the pre-and post-test data,it was found that the control group and the experiment showed a very significant increase(p<0.01);the "505" score of the control group and the experimental group did not fluctuate significantly in the interaction effect of the time × group(p<0.05),and it was found that after the matching test of the before and after the results,Both the control group and the experimental group showed a significant increase(p<0.01).(4)The pre-and post-experimental results of the control group and the experimental group(unequidistancing)had significant fluctuations in the interaction effect of the time × group(p<0.01),and after the pairing of the pre-and post-test data,it was found that the control group and the experiment showed a significant improvement(p<0.01),the AFL test score of the experimental group was significantly improved(p<0.01),and the 20-meter straight sprint test performance of the control group did not increase significantly(p>0.05).Conclusions:(1)Displacement speed: ankle function training has a significant impact on athletes’ 20-meter straight sprint ability, and has a significant impact on 30-meter straight sprint ability;Traditional training also has a significant impact on the 30-meter straight sprint ability, but the improvement of the 20-meter straight sprint ability is small and has no significant effect. The control group and the experimental group both had a significant improvement in the 20-meter straight dribbling performance. In the20-meter backward ball test, there was no significant difference between the control group’s pre-and post-experimental results, and the experimental group’s pre-and post-experimental results showed significant differences.(2)In terms of direction change speed: the Illinois test and "505" test of the control group and the experimental group have achieved significant improvement; The results of the unequal distance winding test in the control group and the experimental group were significantly improved. In the AFL test, there was no significant difference between the control group’s pre-and post-experimental results, and there were significant differences between the experimental group before and after the experiment. |
