| OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the relationship between the Eccentric Utilization Ratio(EUR)of healthy adult males and the initial velocity,acceleration and maximum speed during sprinting,and to clarify the training method to improve the displacement velocity.Provide targeted guidance to improve the displacement speed of ordinary college students or recruits METHODS: Eighteen healthy male youths with a normal distribution of EUR were selected as model groups.The height and peak power of the static jump(SJ)and Counter Movement Jump(CMJ)of the model group were measured using a force gauge,and the displacement speeds of 10 m,37 m,and 74 m were measured using an infrared speedometer.Analyze the relationship between EUR-JH,EUR-PP,initial velocity,acceleration and maximum velocity.A random selection of 170 freshmen from a military academy as a test group,using a vertical jumper to measure SJ and CMJ,using an infrared speedometer to measure displacement speeds of 10 m,37m,and 74 m,and analyzing EUR-JH with initial velocity,acceleration,and maximum speed.Relationship.RESULTS: EUR-PP was significantly associated with EUR-JH(r=0.911,P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between EUR and acceleration in model group(r=0.743,P<0.01),and there was a positive correlation between EUR and maximum velocity(r=0.736,P<0.05).There was no correlation between EUR and initial velocity(r=-0.31,P> 0.05).There was a positive correlation between EUR and maximum velocity in the test group(r=0.345,P<0.01).There was no correlation between EUR and initial velocity(r=0.179,P>0.05),and there was no correlation between EUR and acceleration(r=0.02,P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.The normal male lower limb muscle centrifugation utilization rate(EUR)is positively correlated with the sprint acceleration and maximum speed.2.In this study,the recruit group EUR is not normally distributed,and EUR has a positive correlation with the maximum speed,but has no significant correlation with acceleration and initial velocity.3.Through the rapid expansion and contraction training of the lower extremities,the lower limb centrifugal utilization rate of the recruits in this study can improve the maximum speed of the sprint. |
