| A budget,or set of goals and plans for future corporate income and expenses,is used in enterprise management to guide the execution of business processes.Budget management is a type of management activity that blends the allocation of internal and external resources with the business objectives of an organization.The application level of budget management in companies may be considerably increased by carefully planning,making choices,rigorously executing,and supervising the future business operations of firms.Through the use of case studies and research techniques,this thesis undertakes a thorough and in-depth analysis of the present state of budget management in C private school.It is discovered that C Private School primarily has the following issues with budget management: first,the organizational rights,responsibilities,and interests of budget management are unclear;second,the budget preparation is unreasonable;third,there is no internal control;and fourth,the budget evaluation is not rigorous.Following the theory of comprehensive budget management,this thesis suggests the following optimization measures based on the unique circumstances of C private school in reaction to the aforementioned problems: the creation of a thorough budget management system,the optimization of the budget management organizational structure,the use of the enterprise development strategy as the budget objective during budget preparation,and the enhancement of budget preparation quality through process optimization;Fourth,enhance the system and procedure for budget management.The sixth is to execute budget review and appraisal,and the fifth is to improve budget control and execution.This thesis further suggests a guarantee method for the execution of the above reform measures based on the real background of C private schools.In particular,it entails boosting team budget management agreement,improving human resource assurance,and quickening the informationization of budget management. |
