Research On The Improvement Of Population Census Registration Quality In Beijing District C Under The Background Of Population Regulation

The census is an important survey of national conditions and national strength to comprehensively understand the current situation of China’s population,structure,distribution and urban and rural housing.It is an important statistical information support to improve the population development strategy and policy system and scientifically formulate the national economic and social development.However,with the sustained and rapid development of China’s economy,the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,and the increasingly frequent phenomenon of population mobility,the changes in the internal and external environment have made it increasingly difficult for the government to manage the quality of census data.How to carry out census registration work with high quality has become one of the main issues concerned by governments at all levels.This thesis takes the registration of the seventh national census in District C of Beijing as the research object.On the basis of relevant research on the quality of census registration at home and abroad,combined with the theory of collaborative governance and total quality management,this thesis studies the problems and causes of the quality of census registration in District C of Beijing through literature research,case analysis and interview.This thesis analyzes the current situation of census registration quality from the aspects of data collection,census work flow,data quality control and data quality evaluation of census registration in District C of Beijing,and finds that the problems are mainly reflected in the low quality of data collection,irregular census work flow,blind spots in data quality supervision and untimely release of census data,which have a negative impact on the quality of census registration in District C of Beijing.The above problems make it difficult to ensure the authenticity,accuracy and timeliness of the census registration data.The reasons are the poor coordination of departments,the inadequate construction of the statistical supervision and management system,the difficulties in promoting the census registration,and the inadequate construction of the census team.Based on the current situation of census quality management in District C of Beijing,this thesis puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in four aspects: clarifying the division of labor and cooperation mechanism of departments,standardizing the quality supervision system of census data,strengthening the support of grassroots census work,and promoting the construction of grassroots census team.This thesis comprehensively combs the problems existing in the quality of census registration in District C of Beijing,objectively and truly reflects the difficulties faced by the current census work,and hopes to provide positive reference for the future census work.
