| In Marx’s view,the combination of education and productive labor is the only way to achieve the all-round development of human beings,and labor education has the comprehensive educational value of cultivating morality,enhancing intelligence,strengthening physical fitness and nurturing beauty.Existing studies have found that preshools are faced with practical problems such as lack of theoretical support,mere forms of activities,and separation of education and labor,the teaching effectiveness is influenced by various factors.As the key factor of education,the concept of labor education that teachers uphold is directly related to what kind of labor education behavior they take,and affects the teaching effectiveness through the medium of educational behavior.Therefore,optimizing teachers’ view of labor education is of practical significance for improving the teaching effect of labor education in preshools.Based on the sorting and analysis of the existing literature,this research decided to adopt the bottom-up research paradigm of grounded theory to explore the labor education view of preshool teachers.By going deep into the work and life situations of front-line preshool teachers,we will explore the real status quo of their knowledge and understanding of labor education,analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of their concepts,and give corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This provides a certain reference and reference value for preshool teachers to carry out labor education activities and optimize the concept of labor education.In the research process,the interview method and observation method were used to collect data,and at the same time,combined with the teacher’s teaching activity plan,as well as the memorandum written by the author during the research process,a comprehensive and detailed inspection of the teacher’s labor education concept was carried out.At the same time,the interview data was coded by the Nvivo12 research tool,and finally a analysis model of “ preshool teachers’ view on labor education" was constructed.The analysis model is composed of three parts: the concrete content,characteristic and influence factors of preshool teachers’ labor education view.The concrete content points to teachers’ understanding of the essence,value,goal,content,organization and implementation,evaluation and resource of labor education.The concept presents four reasonableness characteristics: certain scientificity,individual experience,dynamic development and fact-seeking,and four irrationality characteristics:one-sidedness,fuzziness,instability and inconsistency between the concept of speech and behavior.The influencing factors can be divided into two aspects: individual factors of teachers and external environmental factors.The former mainly points to teachers’ individual experience and professional quality,while the latter points to the educational philosophy and system of preshools,parents’ ideas and educational needs,social and cultural identity and value orientation,as well as the influence brought by theoretical research and policy guidance.Based on the grounded analysis of preshool teachers’ view of labor education,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing preshool teachers’ view of labor education,specifically: 1.Teachers strengthen autonomous learning and enrich labor experience and teaching experience.2.Teachers practice reflective practice and improve the educational concept system.3.Preshools improve the institutional guarantee system and strengthen the professional guidance at the kindergarten level.4.Parents innovate their educational concepts and increase their enthusiasm for participating in education.5.The society pay more attention and create a good cultural atmosphere.6.Speed up the construction of theoretical system and guide teachers’ teaching practice. |
