| The development of children’s emotions affects their own socialization behavior,and the ability of emotion regulation is the core part of the development of individual social emotions.And with their social adaptation,peer interaction and other social behavior is closely related,high emotional regulation ability of children in good peer relationship and higher academic achievement is easier,The difficulty of emotion regulation will easily lead to children’s behavior problems,if children cannot get a better way of emotion regulation,or improper way of emotion regulation,will increase with age and produce greater harm to the individual,to primary school may appear more serious symptoms of depression.From the perspective of family,this study explored the relationship between mother’s meta-emotion concept,children’s emotional regulation ability and parent-child communication.To enrich the mechanism of factors affecting children’s emotional regulation ability,and to help mothers understand the value of their own meta-emotional concept,and to provide parenting guidance for mothers.In the scale revision stage of this study,680 mothers were randomly selected as the research samples;in the formal research stage,525 mothers in S province were selected as the research samples,on the basis of the existing literature,questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate the concept of mother’s meta-emotion,children’s emotion regulation ability and parent-child communication,and to explore the relationship among them.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1.The mother’s meta-emotional ideas are mostly emotional education ideas,and there are significant differences in children’s age and maternal demographic variables.Children’s emotion regulation ability is above the average level,there are differences in the mother’s age,there are no significant differences in other demographic variables.2.There is a close relationship between mother’s idea of meta-emotion and children’s ability of emotion regulation.The four dimensions of meta-emotional concept have significant positive correlation with children’s emotional regulation ability,and the emotional education concept and emotional exclusion concept have significant positive predictive effect on children’s emotional regulation ability.The concept of emotional control,the concept of emotional exclusion and the concept of emotional non-interference play a significant positive role in predicting children’s emotional instability.3.Parent-child communication has a mediating effect between the concept of emotional education,the concept of emotional exclusion and children’s emotional regulation ability,but there is no mediating effect between the concept of emotional control,the concept of emotional non-interference and children’s emotional regulation ability.According to the conclusion of the study,this study puts forward the following suggestions: 1.Mothers should attach importance to their own concept of metaemotion and constantly enhance their children’s ability to regulate their emotions.Strengthen parent-child communication and create a harmonious and safe family atmosphere;3.Consolidate home cooperation and learn scientific parenting experience. |
