Study On Parental Meta-Emotion Perspective On Parent-Child Relationship In Urban Low-Income Families

Through the investigation on the needs of urban low-income families,it is found that teenagers from urban low-income families generally have less emotional communication with their parents,and parent-child communication is limited to the interaction between study and life.In addition,the parent-child relationship can be improved by improving parents' attention to children's emotions and training parents' emotional management ability.In order to promote the parent-child relationship of low-income families,this study mainly discusses the influence of the improvement of parent-child emotional ability on the parent-child relationship,and verifies the effectiveness of the group activity program designed in this study to improve the parent-child relationship.The following conclusions were drawn through the changes of scores before and after the parent-child relationship scale and qualitative content analysis:First,Gottman meta-emotion theory aspects of localization in China,some achievements: in this study Gottman originally divided meta-emotion three dimensions:(a)on the basis of understanding of their emotions,(b)on children's emotion understanding,(c)to the child's emotional guidance,the new extension of the parents for their emotional management this dimension,and the parents to the child's emotional guide this dimension for the parents to the child's emotional guidance and behavior management.Therefore,the meta-emotions in this study are divided into the following four dimensions :(a)parents' understanding of their own emotions,(b)parents' management of their own emotions,(c)parents' understanding of children's emotions,and(d)parents' guidance and behavior management of children's emotions.On the basis of this theory,a group program of "emotional coach for children" with six activities was designed.Second,promote the parents of meta-emotion can effectively improve the capacity to improve parent-child relationship: this study to evaluate the effect of main from the active process,interview and the change of parent-child relationship scale test scores before and after the parents to assess yuan emotional impact on parent-child relationship,improve the capacity evaluation results show that the participants' yuan emotional capacity significantly increased,the parent-child relationship is closer than before.Therefore,it indicates that the intervention program designed in this study to enhance parental meta-emotional ability has effectiveness.Third,the project operation experience of social work,links to resources,multi-party cooperation,complementary advantages,is a necessary condition to get the good results of this study:(1)in the project theory and subject,Gottman yuan emotional theory reference and fusion,satya iceberg theory,psychology,the behavior of the contract law,social work theory and methods,such as a group,to ensure the scientific nature of the service plan,more targeted to meet the requirements of the service object.(2)in the project resources,government,community,social work organization,family education expert,professional social workers work together,such as effective guarantee sufficient funds,standard projects run mode,design scientific intervention service solutions,provide professional social work service,make the project operation more normative,scientific,and stability.(3)in terms of project activity form,in reference to traditional forms of lectures,interviews,etc,on the basis of this way of association cooperation,team work focuses on individual growth and change,and the inner power of interest group,make the team members in the process of interaction and support personal goals and team goals,experiential and interesting in group activities is more conducive to team members to learn and absorb.
