| At present,online learning has become one of the important ways for students to learn from all ages.Compared with traditional learning methods,online learning puts forward higher requirements for students’ autonomy.According to incomplete statistics,at least 50%of college students have academic procrastination,and this phenomenon is still growing.Therefore,this study focuses on students’ online academic procrastination behavior,and follows the research line of "academic procrastination recognition-analysis of procrastination cause-procrastination intervention empirical".Research methods include literature research method,teaching application research,questionnaire survey method,interview method,etc.In order to identify academic procrastination from an objective perspective,this study uses education data mining technology design online academic procrastination identification methods.During the process,six mainstream algorithms were used to verify the accuracy of the division results,such as support vector machines(SVM),decision tree(DT),etc.The results show that the prediction accuracy of the six classifiers has reached more than 70%,which shows the accuracy of the online academic procrastination recognition method.After accurately identifying the tendency of academic procrastination in students,the following studies should deeply understand the reasons behind the students’ academic procrastination behavior.Therefore,the study conducted investigations and research on 29 students with a formal model of procrastination as the theoretical basis.The results show that in this study,students’ delayed time sensitivity,consumption of other academic tasks and temptation(Mobile game,Short-form mobile video,Sina Weibo,etc.)have a great impact on academic procrastination behavior.Combined with the analysis of the results and reasons,this study based on temporal decision model,in the 9-16 weeks,the 29 students who have tended in academic delays have implemented teaching intervention.The results show that after the intervention,the cluster of the students has changed,and the procrastination tendency has slowed down.The submission time of the students after the intervention has been advanced,and the scores are improved.Explain that the timely submission of homework improves the quality of operation.Students have good satisfaction with the accuracy,privacy protection and behavioral correction of procrastination behavior intervention.In short,the empirical research verifies the accuracy and feasibility of online academic procrastination recognition methods,and has a preliminary exploration of the causes of academic procrastination.At the same time,the possibility of early intervention improves academic procrastination behavior.Looking forward to providing relevant practitioners with the recognition method and intervention strategy of online academic procrastination to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the online education system. |
