Academic procrastination refers to unnecessary delay of learning tasks that students know they are willing and should and accomplish with bad emotion experience frequently. According to the investigation of open-ended questionnaire and interviews with students, we compiled the Preliminary Questionnaire of the academic Procrastination, and through the initial test and revision, the formal Questionnaire was formed. tested the questionnaire investigation,the researcher revealed the status of the 715 high school students'academic Procrastination in chongqing, gender differences, grades differences and schools differences.The results are as follows:(1) We found 5 dimensions through exploratory factor analysis:negative learning attitude, delay of learning behavior, lack of learning programs, lack of determination to learn, low academic self-efficacy.The self-designed questionnaire of academic Procrastination was of high reliability and validity. It could be used as an evaluative implement on academic Procrastination.(2) The average mark of academic Procrastination of high school students is 2.79, basically showed normal distribution, showed that academic procrastination of high school students was not very serious.(3) There was no significant difference in general.(4) There was significant difference in grade.(5) There was no significant difference among school.
