| With the development needs of social and economic transformation and upgrading and vocational education,apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics has gradually developed.At the same time,relevant researches on apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics have been carried out in full swing.In April 2022,the promulgation of the Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China established the status of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics in the form of law for the first time,providing legal guarantee for the high-level and high-quality development of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics.The apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics has ushered in a new development opportunity.However,the current research results are not enough,and the theoretical research and practical research are still in the exploratory stage.This study uses literature analysis method and case analysis method to carry out in-depth investigation on apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics and its practical exploration.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the connotation and practice of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics,it explores the factors restricting the development of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics and puts forward the optimization path.The details are as follows:First,introduction.This part starts from the research background of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics,and then discusses the theoretical significance and practical significance of the research of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics,the status quo of the existing research and the content and methods of this research.Second,the connotation and characteristics of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics.This part firstly combs the historical evolution of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics,and then summarizes the connotation and characteristics of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics by combining the international definition,scholars’ discussion and the definition of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics in the new vocational education Law.Third,the development of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics.This part analyzes the quantity distribution,regional distribution and type distribution of the three batches of modern apprenticeship pilot units,and summarizes the basic model and achievements of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics on this basis.Fourth,the development of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics and its causes.This part mainly analyzes some difficulties in the development of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics,at the same time analyzes and concludes the causes of difficulties.Due to the influence of economic development,policy environment,school-enterprise game and other factors,apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics is faced with many problems.Fifth,the development path of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics.On the basis of the previous analysis,this part proposes the optimization path of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics.In the future development process of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics,the government,vocational colleges,enterprises,society and other participants should form a joint force at various levels and angles to promote the development of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics.The state and the government strive to optimize the policy environment,establish and improve the long-term operation mechanism,cost sharing mechanism;Schools and enterprises find the balance of interests,fulfill their respective social functions,and constantly explore the diversity of Chinese characteristics of apprenticeship education mode;Double division team constantly strengthen their own skills;Apprentices constantly identify themselves and so on.On the basis of analyzing the connotation and characteristics of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics,this study combined with previous practical experience,analyzed the basic status quo,existing results and difficulties of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics,and put forward the optimization path of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics based on local characteristics and international experience.This study is of certain value to the cultivation of technical talents and the development of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics.Further strengthening of this research will further improve the relevant theoretical research on apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics,and further promote government agencies,vocational colleges,enterprises and industries to participate in apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics in practice,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of training technical talents and promote the high-level and highquality development of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics. |
