The apprenticeship system has a long history in China,as early as in the primitive society there is a prototype of the apprenticeship system,with the continuous improvement of productivity,the changing nature of society is changing the traditional teacher-student relationship,between teacher and student from "father to son" to "keep son relationship",until the feudal society gradually formed a contract,blood and region is closely related to the traditional teacher-student relationship,the relationship the relationship is based on blood relationship as a link in the ancient society,the relationship is a positive role for the development of the development of the industry,business and master apprentice,but rely on the exchange identity relationship established usually is not equal with the feudal patriarchal hierarchy,personal attachment resulting in lack of freedom and equality of the apprentice.After the Opium War,Chinese society began to become a semi colonial and semi feudal society,in the foreign invasion of capitalism and the national capitalist competition under the dual pressure,long time to maintain the development of industry and Commerce guild regulations to the authority of the disorder,the destruction of the apprenticeship system.With the introduction of the western free and equal contract theory,the mentoring relationship in handicraft industry,handicraft industry and handicraft industry in this era changed from identity to contract,and mentoring relationship was regulated by statute law.The modem contract society,although the transition from traditional mentoring relationship between pure teacher-student relationship,but the traditional relationship still exists,still has its value,how to find a balance between law and modern law,regulations and rules of the market,lead people to the traditional relationship between teacher and review and exploration.
