In recent years,in response to the national and social requirements for strengthening aesthetic education,the Ministry of Education has promulgated and revised the Fine Arts Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools,providing clear guidance for the teaching of high Chinese painting.Chinese painting teaching is of great value to improve students’ comprehensive quality and is an important part of high school art quality education.However,the author found through investigation in practice that the teaching situation of high school Chinese painting is not optimistic,students do not pay enough attention to art class,and most high school students have zero foundation of Chinese painting,in the process of learning that Chinese painting is too difficult,easy to produce frustration.In addition,there is a disconnect between the teaching content of traditional Chinese painting and students’ life.The teaching of traditional Chinese painting usually starts from the three main categories of landscape,flowers and birds,and figures.However,the theme of "vegetables and fruits" under the categories of flowers and birds is often despised and ignored in the teaching of traditional Chinese painting.This thesis focuses on the "vegetable and fruit" theme of Chinese painting,explores and develops the teaching value and feasibility of this theme.On this basis,combined with the requirements of high school fine arts class standards,and guided by the deep learning teaching method,the teaching design of "vegetable and fruit" theme Chinese painting course is carried out,in order to provide certain references for the introduction teaching of high Chinese painting or the teaching of high Chinese painting with vegetables and fruit as the theme.This thesis is divided into five chapters and summarized as follows:The first chapter describes the basis of topic selection,research status and research methods adopted.The second chapter analyzes the feasibility of the teaching practice with the theme of "vegetables and fruits",mainly considering the cognitive and psychological characteristics of high school students,as well as the requirements of the five core qualities in high school art class standards,to consider its teaching value and practical feasibility,and further clarify the operability of the practice through questionnaire survey,and provide data support for the subsequent teaching design and practice.The third chapter is divided into three parts,mainly around the traditional Chinese painting "vegetables and fruits" to explore their own teaching resources value.Its value is reflected in the following three aspects: The theme of "vegetables and fruits" has complete traditional Chinese painting techniques,rich cultural connotations and connotations,and the value of life aesthetic education.All of these are the theoretical basis for the implementation of students’ core qualities.Chapter four is the teaching practice of this research.Based on the above theoretical basis and guided by deep learning teaching method,this chapter carries out specific teaching design and practice.The practice section mainly carries out the unit design according to the ordinary high school art curriculum standards of "art appreciation" and "art expression".In the art appreciation module,the unique artistic charm of Chinese painting is highlighted through the comparison of subject matter,painting materials and painting techniques between Chinese vegetable painting and Western still life painting,so that students can better appreciate and learn Chinese painting.On this basis,"Art expression" carries out further practice.It first experiences the techniques of individual vegetables and fruits,then combines cultural connotations and Fujian characteristics to create the theme of "vegetables and fruits" Chinese painting,and finally carries out the creative practice and expansion of "vegetables and fruits" themed Chinese painting.The fifth chapter is the reflection and summary of the practical achievements and existing problems of this research.
