The Research On The Training Of New Profession Farmers In Fruitd And Vegetable Industry

In the decisive period of building a well-off society in an all-round way,Cultivating new professional farmers is a major measure proposed by the state to solve the "three rural issues" and is a key link in promoting agricultural modernization and achieving the goal of the first hundred years of struggle as scheduled.The No.1 Document of the Central Government for the eighth consecutive year of 2012-2019 clearly proposed to cultivate new professional farmers and help rural revitalization.In particular,the No.1 Document of the Central Committee clearly stated in 2019: "Strongly establish the policy orientation of priority development of agriculture and rural areas,and implement the new type of professional farmers cultivation project".In reality,since the release of relevant documents such as the "Pilot Work Program for New Type of Professional Farmers" in 2012,more than4 million new types of professional farmers have been cultivated nationwide.All localities have actively developed and piloted new types of professional farmers and accelerated the training of new professional farmers.At present,four levels of construction have been established from the central government to the provinces,municipalities and counties.More than 70% of the demonstration counties have basically established “educational training,standardized management,Policy support "three-in-one cultivation system.Based on the field research,this study mainly analyzes the training of professional farmers in the county fruit and vegetable industry.At present,Taibai County and Yanxian County are the key counties for the training of professional farmers in the fruit and vegetable industry.A total of more than one thousand new professional farmers have been cultivated,and all work is progressing steadily.However,because the various systems are still not perfect,there are still many shortcomings in the training of professional farmers in the county fruit and vegetable industry.This study draws on the Lasswell 5W communication theory,from the training subjects and training content.The training methods,training targets and training effects were analyzed in five aspects of the training of professional farmers in the fruit and vegetable industry in Taibai County and Yanxian County of Shaanxi Province.The following problems were found,such as single training subject,low comprehensive quality of training teachers,and difficult training content.The demand and training methods of professional farmers in the fruit and vegetable industry are not flexible,and there are few practical teachings such as field teaching.Internet teaching has not yet been popularized,and the selection of training objects is not accurate enough.Most farmers fail to meet trainingrequirements and the training effect is not satisfactory.Based on this,the government should take various measures to improve the quality of vocational farmers training in the county fruit and vegetable industry,including: fully tapping social resources,attracting fruit and vegetable enterprises to invest in professional farmers training,grasping the actual needs of farmers in the fruit and vegetable industry,optimizing training content and improving Training methods,a variety of ways to meet the learning needs of farmers engaged in fruit and vegetable industry,a variety of ways to encourage farmers to participate in the training of professional farmers in the fruit and vegetable industry,increase policy support for professional farmers,and improve farmers' satisfaction with training...
