Study On The Intervention Of Casework In Social Integration Of Community Drug Addicts

Drug problem is a challenge facing all mankind,and drug rehabilitation is also a hot topic in society.Drug harm is great,therefore,our government has always given great support for drug control work,at the same time for the management of drug addicts,follow-up rehabilitation,integration into society and other issues have also made relevant provisions.Community detoxification as a new detoxification model in recent years has been a great concern,"community detoxification" model is constantly promoted in various places.In this context,Y is selected as the object of service in D County Community drug rehabilitation service Center in North Shanxi Province,and the professional method of case work is applied.At the same time,according to the basic situation of Y,the object of service is involved in the case,the service objectives are formulated and the corresponding service plan is designed.In the specific process of intervention,under the guidance of social support theory,activities are carried out from three aspects: individual,family and social support network.At the individual level,help the client to relieve psychological pressure,improve the knowledge of the client,change the wrong cognition of the client;At the family level,assist the client to resolve family conflicts,ease family relations,and establish a harmonious family atmosphere;In terms of social support,it helps clients to expand their circle of friends,enhance their self-confidence,and solve their work problems by linking social resources.On this basis,the whole case activities were evaluated.After a series of case services,the case had a great change,which helped the case successfully quit drugs and live a normal social life.Finally,after reflecting on the intervention of this case,social workers should continue to improve their professional level,and actively link social resources to establish a positive and continuous interactive relationship with the client.
