A Case Management Application Study On The Construction Of Social Support Network For Community Drug Addicts

Drug rehabilitation services are provided to community drug addicts or community rehabilitators after they sign a three-year drug rehabilitation agreement,with drug social workers as the main service providers.Club quit personnel in the process of return to society faced multiple problems,their social support network in such problems as insufficient loose network structure,function,so to build for it’s have high availability,resource integration development orientation of the social support network,improve their interpersonal response capacity in the process of service,to improve their social support to achieve the ultimate goal of rehabilitation.The organizational case management mode emphasizes the construction of social resource network and takes structural and functional optimization as the core of case management.Through the improvement of network density,intensity and network utilization degree,the multiple and complex needs of social and rehabilitation personnel can be met.The second is to strengthen organizational cooperation and optimize coordination mechanism in order to improve resource flow rate and utilization rate.This paper takes the anti-drug services of the anti-drug social work station in H Street of C Institution as the research object,and social work from the perspective of social support network provides organization-based case management services for the anti-drug social workers.By constructing a social support network with social care workers as the core,promoting the service integration with social work institutions as important network nodes,optimizing the implementation path of the integrated network driven by the coordination of all network nodes,determining the integration framework of problems and demands,combining with the comprehensive evaluation of network resources,The service strategy of strengthening the organization connection in the network and improving the network utilization is adopted to intervene in the optimization of the structure and function of the social support network for social and rehabilitation personnel,and to improve the ability of social and rehabilitation personnel to independently use the network.
