Objective: At present, the trend of high incidence of myopia and young age has become the focus of attention of the whole society as a global public health problem and academic problem. The problem of myopia in China is more prominent, and small glasses have become the new normal for students’ physical health. Therefore, early diagnosis, effective treatment and quality nursing intervention are particularly important to improve adolescent vision, improve adolescent learning and quality of life.As a new means of disease prevention and control, the integration of physical medicine and medicine provides a new way to solve several problems of students’ physical health, but there are few related studies on its application to the prevention and control of myopia. In this context, this paper selects some students with vision problems in the second grade of Shuguang Primary School Erji Road Campus, one of the special schools for myopia prevention and control in Kunming, for empirical research, aiming to verify the feasibility of new methods of vision prevention and control. Methods: Under the guidance of collaborative governance theory, this paper took 60 myopic students in the second grade of Shuguang Primary School in Kunming as the survey subjects, adopted the questionnaire survey method to understand the overall myopia of the second grade students of Shuguang Primary School, used binary logistic regression analysis to find out the risk factors and protective factors affecting the development of myopia, used the interview method to communicate with parents, school leaders and teachers to solicit opinions on program design to form the final experimental plan and implement it,and finally used mathematical statistics to analyze the experimental data to obtain the experimental results. Results: After 18 weeks of experimental intervention on some myopic students in the second grade of Shuguang Primary School’s Erji Road Campus, the following results were obtained:1.Myopia incidence: The overall myopia rate of the second grade of Shuguang Primary School Erji Road Campus was 15.6%,which was lower than the national myopia rate of primary school students and there was no gender difference.2.Influencing factors: The protective factors of vision are continuous use of the eyes to look far and near, balanced nutrition, sufficient sleep time, and outdoor activities of more than 2 hours a day.Long-term video screen without resting eyes, single video screen time of more than 20 min, reading time of more than 40 min are risk factors for vision development.3.Naked eye vision: after the experiment, the binocular visual acuity of the control group decreased, and the binocular visual acuity of the other three groups increased significantly, and the improvement effect was: physical and medical integration group, sports group, medical group, control group.4.Diopter: After the experiment, the difference in the diopter of the left eye of the control group, the right eye of the medical group, the left eye of the sports group, and the binocular diopter of the physical medical fusion group was statistically significant, the diopter of the left eye of the control group decreased by 1.05,the diopter of the right eye of the medical group decreased by 0.47,the diopter of the left eye of the sports group increased by 0.31,the right eye of the physical medical fusion group increased by 0.5,and the left eye increased by 0.3.5.Vision health behavior: After the experiment, the six behavioral variables of visual health behavior in the medical group and the physical medical fusion group were effectively improved, and the improvement effect of the medical group in the behavioral variables of near interval rest, near visual posture and near visual environment was better than that of the physical medical fusion group. The improvement effect of lifestyle habits, eye exercises, and outdoor activity behavior variables was better than that of the medical group.Conclusion:1.The incidence of vision is lower than that of primary school students nationwide.2.Poor vision health behaviors can lead to myopia.3.Physical intervention can improve students’ naked-eye vision and diopters.4.Medical intervention can improve students’ vision health behaviors.5.Physical and medical integration intervention can improve students’ naked-eye vision, diopters and vision health behaviors, and the intervention effect is better than that of single sports and medical means.
