In 2020,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the "Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era"(hereinafter referred to as the "Overall Plan"),which is emphasized firmly to overcome the persistent disease of "Five Only" and aim to improving the evaluation of results and strengthening the process evaluation.In 2022,Jinpeng Huai,the Minister of Education,once again issued a document emphasizing the use of information technology to promote the in-depth reform of education evaluation.With the rapid development of modern information technology,blended teaching has become an important research direction and mainstream teaching mode in the field of education.It is urgent to explore scientific,reasonable and effective blended teaching evaluation.From the perspective of research trends in recent years,its main research direction is focused on the concept discrimination and teaching mode exploration of blended teaching,but the research on blended teaching evaluation is relatively scarce.According to the existing research,although blended teaching has achieved the integration of online and offline courses,its evaluation of teaching effect is still in a separate state,and it has not achieved the integration and mutual benefit of the two evaluation,and its scientific and reasonable proof is insufficient to meet the needs of personalized development of students.Therefore,based on the characteristics of blended teaching and process evaluation,process evaluation is applied to blended teaching and a process evaluation model is constructed for blended teaching in this study.The main research contents and achievements include:(1)The process evaluation index system of blended teaching is proposed.Based on the practice of blended teaching,the concept of process evaluation is put forward,and a measurable evaluation index structure is designed by using Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process,and weights are assigned to each index item.Through the reliability and validity test and rationality analysis,a reasonable and scientific process evaluation system under the blended teaching mode is constructed,which enriched the theoretical research of process evaluation.(2)The blended teaching process evaluation model is constructed.Based on the blended teaching process evaluation system,a process evaluation model under the blended teaching mode with multiple functions of data collection,data mining,result analysis and visualization is constructed.Collect students’ classroom learning data through the learning communication platform and We Chat applet,the K-means algorithm,Bayesian network,April and decision tree algorithm are used to mine students’ learning process characteristics and extract students’ key learning behaviors,and the influencing factors of students’ learning effect and the relationship between learning behaviors are analyzed,the students’ learning development trend is predicted,and the factors that affect the process evaluation results is found,the reference for the innovation process evaluation path is provided.(3)The learning intervention strategy library and learning quality report are constructed.The process evaluation index system is used to generate the learning intervention strategy library,the corresponding learning intervention strategy according to the students’ process evaluation results is push,and the process learning quality report is automatically generate based on the process evaluation model.The We Chat widget is used to push it to students to help students understand the learning situation in time,and the improvement of students’ learning effect is effectively promoted.Give full play to the function and role of the process evaluation of "promoting learning by evaluation and teaching by evaluation".(4)Verify and analyze the effectiveness of the blended teaching process evaluation model.The empirical research methods is used to apply the constructed evaluation index system and model to actual courses,and the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified and analyzed through three semesters of practice.The results show that the process evaluation model built in this study can promote the improvement of students’ learning effect,and has certain practical significance.Finally,the whole process of the study is summarized and analyzed,and the future research direction is pointed out according to the lack of research.The process evaluation index system for blended teaching is proposed by this research,which complements process evaluation of blended teaching,and the process evaluation model is constructed.The data mining technology is used to creatively strengthen the process evaluation,promote the evaluation of teaching and evaluation of learning,so that the true meaning of process evaluation can be revealed,and the leading situation of result evaluation is broke to promote the sustainable development of education evaluation and lay a theoretical and practical foundation.
