The cohesive teaching of chemistry is one of the hot issues in the field of chemistry education.In different periods,there are cohesive teaching for different directions and different contents.The key competencies is the fundamental policy of education in this century,especially after the new curriculum standard is put forward,the cultivation of key competencies has become the focus of education teaching research.Although the expression of junior and senior high school literacy is different,but the core essence is the same,that is,junior and senior high school teaching aims to cultivate students to adapt to the development of personal and social key abilities and essential character.The core knowledge of chemistry is the main carrier for the cultivation of the key competencies of chemistry.Due to the different depth and breadth of the content of chemistry courses in junior and senior high schools and the different requirements for the improvement of students’ ability of analysis,reasoning,induction,innovation and practice,the actual teaching process of teachers is often affected by the compilation of textbooks and the nature of the school(such as independent high school and full high school),and some teachers lack a good grasp of the learning situation.As a result,chemistry teaching in junior and senior high schools is disjointed.which is extremely unfavorable to the development of senior high school students’ core literacy.Therefore,this paper tries to carry out practical research based on the connection of chemical key competencies in junior and senior high schools,Helping students successfully complete the transition from junior high school to high school,and effectively implement key competencies.On the basis of consulting the content of "junior high school connection" and "key competencies",this paper puts forward the practical research of junior high school quality connection.This paper using data statistics,interviews,and questionnaire surveys.On the basis of advanced learning theory,knowledge reconstruction theory,cognitive structure transfer theory,and scheme theory.Based on the characteristics of students in the transition stage from junior high school to senior high school and the core competencies of junior high school chemistry,a student learning situation questionnaire and related test questions were developed,The questionnaire survey was conducted on the learning and key competencies development of high school students in Gansu Province.And chemistry teachers in middle and high schools were interviewed.Through the investigation,it is found that some teachers only pay attention to the curriculum standard and content of the corresponding learning section,and some teachers’ teaching concepts need to be changed.Meanwhile,it is also found that some students have problems such as poor adaptation and quality improvement.Problems at the level of teachers and students lead to the phenomenon of disjunction in key competencies cultivation.Therefore,this paper analyzes the connection of literacy in junior and senior high schools and puts forward corresponding teaching connection strategies.Finally,taking "Iron and Its Compounds" as an example,combining problems and strategies,the teaching design is carried out and put into practice.After teaching practice,the concrete cultivation of students’ chemical core accomplishment is evaluated and analyzed.The practical research indicate that the adoption of key competencies linking teaching in senior one is conducive to the improvement of students’ learning level and the development of students’ chemistry key competencies,especially the three aspects of evidential reasoning and model cognition,scientific inquiry and innovation awareness,scientific attitude and social responsibility,But there is still room for further improvement.
