| With the curriculum reform of basic education, the subjectivity of students is increasingly valued.Classroom interaction is a series of teaching interactions conducted by teachers to promote students’ development in a specific classroom context. As a positive state of students’ learning process, learning engagement has a positive impact on improving students’ learning outcomes, improving the learning process, and suppressing learning burnout.Exploring the impact of classroom interaction on learning engagement has broad significance for developing high-quality basic education.Based on this, this study uses Brown and Brenner’s bioecological model as the theoretical basis for the selection of variables and the relationship between variables, and adopts literature and survey methods to conduct research. The research content is the impact of classroom interaction on primary school students’ learning engagement.First of all,the author collected relevant literature, summarized and sorted out the meaning of classroom interaction and learning engagement, measurement tools, and impact factors of research at home and abroad, providing a theoretical basis for the selection of questionnaires.Secondly, the author used a mature scale to measure classroom interaction, learning engagement, and self-efficacy among primary school students, and conducted statistical analysis of the data obtained,in order to obtain the relationship between classroom interaction and learning engagement among primary school students,as well as to test the regulatory role of self-efficacy and seat position between the two. Finally, combining the interview information to analyze and discuss the research data,we can draw educational countermeasures to enhance primary school students’ learning engagement. The conclusions of the study are as follows: The classroom interaction and learning engagement of senior primary school students are above the middle level. There is a significant positive correlation between the two. There are significant differences between the two in terms of gender, grade, whether to serve as a class leader, and seat position.Specifically, the level of classroom interaction and learning engagement of female students is higher than that of male students;Senior students have high levels of classroom interaction and learning engagement;Class cadres have higher levels of classroom interaction and learning engagement than non class cadres;Students with seats located in activity areas have higher levels of classroom interaction and learning engagement than students in public areas.Finally,self-efficacy and seat position play a moderating role between classroom interaction and learning engagement among primary school students.Based on the survey results, the author combined interviews and theoretical research to propose corresponding educational suggestions to promote classroom interaction in primary schools, thereby enhancing students’ level of learning engagement. The details are as follows: improving the quality of classroom interaction between teachers and students;Improving students’ sense of self efficacy;Overcome the negative impact of unfavorable seating positions and focus on students with low learning engagement groups. |
