| Good interpersonal relationships are crucial for teacher groups,and in recent years,scholars have focused their research on interpersonal relationships among elementary school teachers.Most of the studies that have been conducted have focused on interpersonal interactions among teachers,but most of them are only at the theoretical level,in which the differences in the types of interpersonal relationships and the dilemmas faced by teachers are explained in a general way,without a more focused and detailed description of interpersonal interactions among teachers based on specific practice levels.The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of interpersonal interactions among elementary school teachers,to deeply explore the main factors influencing the level of interpersonal interactions among elementary school teachers,and to propose strategies for improving interpersonal interactions among elementary school teachers with reference to the formation of good interpersonal relationships among elementary school teachers,in order to help improve the level of interpersonal interactions among elementary school teachers.The existing studies usually take interpersonal interaction as the independent variable and study the relationship with other dependent variables,and this study initially identifies the influencing factors of interpersonal interaction among elementary school teachers based on literature combing.Using learning micro-politics and interaction behavior theory as the basis of the study,the study explores in depth how interpersonal interaction as the dependent variable,examining school support,personal beliefs and attitudes,interpersonal sociability,and sense of belonging as entry points,affects the current level of interpersonal interaction among elementary school teachers from specific practices.Using a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods,a questionnaire survey was conducted among elementary school teachers in urban areas of City A,Anhui Province,from which 15 teachers were selected for semi-structured interviews to explore the relationship between them,and the following results were finally obtained:1.The current status of interpersonal interaction among elementary school teachers scored moderate and troubled.Teacher-student interaction is the most core interaction in elementary school teachers’ interpersonal interaction,and the interpersonal circle of elementary school teachers significantly affects the development level of elementary school teachers’ interpersonal interaction.2.School support,personal beliefs and attitudes,interpersonal sociability,and sense of belonging can positively influence the level of interpersonal interactions of elementary school teachers.Interpersonal communication skills had the greatest influence,followed by personal beliefs and attitudes and sense of belonging,and school support was the least.3.There were some differences in the developmental levels of interpersonal interactions among elementary school teachers of different genders,teaching ages,subjects taught,and grades taught.Based on the above findings of the study,this paper systematically and purposefully constructs strategies and methods to improve the level of interpersonal interactions among elementary school teachers from the dimensions of improving the school-wide support system,actively developing a curriculum system for teacher interpersonal communication skill development,increasing teachers’ sense of belonging,and deepening self-understanding. |
