Objective: To explore the difference between blood flow restriction combined with conventional rehabilitation training and conventional rehabilitation training in the rehabilitation of patients after ACL reconstruction,so as to provide a certain reference for the application of blood flow restriction training in the recovery of knee function in patients with ACL reconstruction.Research methods: The experimental subjects of this study were 48 patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction from the orthopedics department of Qijiang People’s Hospital in Chongqing and Qijiangzhong Hospital in Chongqing. The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=24)and experimental group(n=24).All the subjects received basic rehabilitation treatment for 2 weeks to reduce swelling, relieve pain and improve joint motion, and the training frequency was once a day.5days/week,followed by 6 weeks of regular rehabilitation training, training frequency is once a day,5 days/week.The routine rehabilitation program includes knee extension, straight leg elevation,multi-angle isometric contraction and restricted Angle isometric contraction training. The control group received the routine rehabilitation program, and the experimental group received the blood flow restriction intervention at the same time of the routine rehabilitation program, with the pressure value of 40% limb occlusion pressure.Thigh circumference,VAS pain score, affected knee range of motion(KROM),knee Lysholm score and Y-Balance dynamic balance data of subjects in each group were recorded before and after the experiment, and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS software to evaluate the rehabilitation status of subjects. Results: After 6 weeks of blood flow restriction intervention, the thigh circumference of suprapatellar 5cm and suprapatellar 10 cm in the experimental group was significantly improved(P < 0.05),and the thigh circumference of suprapatellar10 cm in the control group was significantly improved(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after the experiment(P > 0.05).After 6weeks of the experiment, knee range of motion in both groups was not significantly improved compared with before the experiment, and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05).After 6 weeks of experiment,VAS score and Y-Balance dynamic balance of subjects in 2 groups were significantly improved compared with before experiment(P < 0.05),but there was no significant effect on VAS score and Y-Balance dynamic balance after blood flow restriction intervention compared with control group(P > 0.05).After 6 weeks of the experiment,Lysholm score of the two groups was significantly improved compared with before the experiment(P < 0.05),and Lysholm score of the two groups was significantly improved compared with the control group under the intervention of blood flow restriction(P <0.05).Research conclusion: The 6-week rehabilitation training had no significant effect on improving the range of motion of knee joint. It has significant effect on VAS score and Y-Balance dynamic balance of subjects, but has no significant effect on knee motion,VAS score and Y-Balance dynamic balance of subjects under the intervention of blood flow restriction compared with the control group.Under the intervention of blood flow restriction, the thigh circumference of 10 cm suprapatellar and Lysholm score in the experimental group were significantly improved, which had a significant effect. |
