The way of force is different from other swimming styles,because the characteristics of freestyle swimming are to keep the body parallel to the water surface as much as possible in the water,relying on the hands and arms to take turns and the legs to swim forward,the body is moving in a vertical axis,and the body needs to maintain a high level of streamline at most times,which requires a steady stream of power to maintain.Freestyle paddlers are the main source of freestyle power,and freestyle paddlers need good skills and upper body strength,which puts higher requirements on athletes’ upper body strength,and high elbow holding water is the main technical movement of freestyle.This study conducted a study on the influence of upper limb rapid strength training on high elbow water holding technique,athletic performance and upper body strength of college swimming majors in freestyle swimming,and explored the influence of upper limb rapid strength training on high elbow water holding technique,athletic performance and upper body strength of college swimming majors in freestyle swimming,so as to provide certain references for the free swimming training of college swimming majors.Promote the improvement of high elbow holding technique level,athletic performance and upper body strength.In this study,the literature method was used to collect data to lay a theoretical foundation for this research.Logical analysis method is used to make systematic and in-depth logical inference and analysis for each relevant index,which provides a scientific and credible research basis for the paper.The above and underwater high-definition cameras were used for shooting,and the video data were analyzed by video analysis method to obtain the kinematic parameters of the special students’ high elbow swimming freestyle.The data were compared and analyzed by EXCEL and SPSS,and the following results were obtained:(1)After 12 weeks of upper limb rapid strength training,the Angle of forearm and forward direction of the experimental group was closer to 90 degrees,and the flexion and extension Angle of elbow joint was also improved well(P < 0.05);The improvement of experimental group was better than that of control group(P < 0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of upper limb fast strength training,the experimental group of25 meters and 50 meters freestyle performance improved(P<0.05);After 12 weeks of upper limb fast strength training,the number of 25 m and 50 m splint paddlers in the experimental group decreased(P < 0.05).(3)After 12 weeks of upper limb rapid strength training,the strength of the anterior deltoid bundle,the middle deltoid bundle,the posterior deltoid bundle and the triceps humerus of the experimental group was improved(P < 0.05),and the strength of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P< 0.05).Further,the conclusion is as follows:Upper limb fast strength training can promote the improvement of forearm and forward direction Angle and elbow bending Angle of swimming special students in freestyle high elbow water holding movement,which is conducive to the promotion of high elbow water holding technical movement;The upper limb fast strength training can improve the performance of 25 meters and 50 meters,reduce the number of 25 meters and 50 meters cleat paddler,that is,the paddler speed and paddler effect are improved;At the same time,the upper body fast strength training can also improve the upper body strength of the students. |
