Research On The Influence Of Upper Limb Strength Training On Special Children’s Racket Skill

Purpose: This research adopts the methods and means of sports biomechanics research to conduct biomechanical analysis on the racket movement of special children.The purpose is to find the kinematics characteristics and muscle force characteristics of special children in the racket process,and to discuss the influence factors and effects of upper body strength training on racket proficiency in the racket process.It provides means and reference basis for instructing special education teachers to teach and special children to grasp the ball movement correctly,so as to make the training of special children more scientific and obtain better teaching effect.Methods: In this research,the kinematics of ball beating Motion and the EMG of upper limb related muscle groups of 12 subjects were measured by means of the experimental method,such as the Motion capture analysis system of Simi Motion and the wireless telemetry system of Noraxon surface(EMG).12 subjects were divided into the experimental group and the control group,6 people in each group,respectively,the two groups of subjects using different exercise methods for a period of 6 weeks of intervention training,to obtain the ball action effect and muscle activity characteristics before and after training and other relevant data indicators.The obtained data were processed and tested by using mathematical statistics,and the correlation between upper body strength and racket proficiency was mainly explored.Results:(1)The number of rackets before and after training in the control group is45.17±15.43 and 57.17±16.73,respectively.There is a significant difference in the increase in the number of rackets(P<0.05).(2)The number of rackets in the experimental group before and after training is31±7.84 and 64.30±9.34,respectively.There is a significant difference in the increase in the number of rackets(P<0.05).(3)The throwing distance of the experimental group before and after training was 125.17 cm ± 6.83 and 169 ± 9.50 cm,respectively,and there is a significant difference in the increase of the throwing distance.(P<0.05).(4)The exercise completion time of the experimental group before and after training is 0.68 ± 0.04 s and 0.56 ± 0.03 s,respectively,and there is a significant difference in the reduction of motor completion time(P<0.01).(5)In the control group,the length of wrist motion track before and after training is 1.51±0.15 m and 1.17±0.08 m,respectively,and there was a significant difference in wrist motion track reduction(P<0.05).(6)The wrist motion track length of the experimental group before and after training was 1.48±0.18 m and 1.27±0.18 m,respectively,and there was a significant difference in wrist motion track reduction(P<0.01).(7)The trajectory length of body center of gravity is 0.2 ± 0.02 cm and 0.14 ±0.01 cm respectively before and after training in the experimental group,and there was a significant difference in the reduction of body center of gravity trajectory(P<0.01).(8)There is no significant difference in EMG data between the control group and the experimental group before and after training.Conclusion:(1)In the racquet training,through 6 weeks of intervention training,racquet training and racquet combined with limb strength training can improve the racquet proficiency of special children.(2)the bounce the ball training together with limb forces than shoot the ball to bounce the ball proficiency improve more prominent,because of the increase in upper body strength,bounce the ball when the wrist control ability stronger,increase the height of the ball bouncing,bounce the ball speed increase faster,smaller body shaking,increase the number of subjects’ ball,bounce the ball movement is more harmonious.(3)From the perspective of the muscle contribution rate and muscle activity strength before and after training between the experimental group and the control group,the range of change was not obvious,which may be due to the short training time(6 weeks),and no obvious adaptive changes were produced in the muscle.
