Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of "Three Allures Education"

The Party and the state have always attached great importance to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,which is directly related to the fundamental issue of "who,how and for whom to train people" in colleges and universities.Especially since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Party and the state have issued a series of policies,regulations and guidelines to guide the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities,providing scientific guidance for colleges and universities to improve the quality of talent training.As the proper meaning of cultivating new people in the era,the concept of "three complete education" conforms to the law of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,implements the fundamental task of "cultivating morality and cultivating people",and is the necessary strategy to build a "great ideological and political" pattern.Under the guidance of the implementation of the "Three All-round Education",colleges and universities have made certain achievements,such as the deepening of comprehensive reform,the broadening of education horizons,the continuous extension of education scope,and the substantial expansion of education carriers.However,in the process of its practice and operation,there are insufficient joint efforts of the "All-round Education",the weak overall penetration of the "All-round Education",and the low overall linkage of the "All-round Education".Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the causes of the problem in detail,Combined with the reality of education,explore practical countermeasures to solve the problem.This paper takes the ideological and political education in colleges and universities as the research object,takes the relevant theoretical concepts as the research basis,takes the "three complete education" theory and practice as the starting point,and takes the current problems as the starting point,analyzes the deficiencies of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the main body,process and orientation of education,and explores the practical countermeasures of ideological and political education in colleges and universities as the end point.Based on the perspective of "three complete education",this paper studies from the following three aspects:First of all,on the basis of combing domestic and foreign literature,define relevant concepts.Clarify the historical context,contemporary connotation and characteristics of the times of "three complete education",and reveal the necessity of "three complete education" in ideological and political education in colleges and universities;Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation of "three complete education" of ideological and political education in colleges and universities by means of questionnaire survey.Based on the problem,we should grasp the reasons from three aspects: the quality of the education team affects the systematic generation of the education resultant force,the imperfect education mechanism affects the effective connection of the education process,and the unsystematic education resources affect the overall linkage of the education orientation;Finally,we should fully learn from the reasonable practices of the pilot universities of the comprehensive reform of "three complete education" and explore practical countermeasures: integrate the "five in one" education force to form a "full education" pattern;Strengthen the construction of the "four in one" mechanism to ensure that there is no gap in the "whole process education";Create a "five in one" education space to achieve "all-round education" without dead ends.In this way,we can effectively improve the quality of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and promote the ship of higher education to forge ahead towards the goal of high-level education.
