The Investigation And Improvement Countermeasures Of Online Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities Of Guizhou Ethnic Areas

The quality of college student ideological quality in ethnic areas not only directly affects the stability and development of their institutions of higher education,but affects the implementation of the Party's ethnic policies,and the future economic and social development of ethnic areas,even the political situation of China's stability and unity and the country's harmony and stability.However,due to chronic backwardness in economy and education in ethnic minority areas,the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities there generally lags behind the developed universities.Guizhou is a province with many ethnic minorities.There are 16 ethnic minorities like Buyi,Miao,and Dong,in the province,and there are abundant folk cultural resources.Therefore,strengthening the research on online ideological and political education in colleges and universities in Guizhou ethnic areas is to meet the party and the government's requirements about the use of new media to carry out ideological and political education in ethnic minority areas.It is also an internal call for harmony and stability in ethnic areas.This study took colleges and universities in three ethnic areas of Guizhou Province as the research object,and based on the investigation and understanding the status quo of online ideological and political education in universities in three ethnic regions of Guizhou,it comprehensively used the literature research,questionnaires,observation exercising to analyze the main problems which exists in the online ideological and political education of universities in ethic regions and the main causes of these problems.On this basis,the effective countermeasures for improving the online ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the minority areas are tentatively proposed.The paper mainly includes five parts.The first part is the introduction,which discusses the background of the topic and its significance.It also summarizes the research status and the latest developments in related fields at home and abroad,and clarifies the basic ideas and research methods of this research.The second is about the necessity of carrying out online ideological and political education in colleges and universities in ethnic areas.Based on the connotation and characteristics of online ideological and political education in colleges and universities in ethnic areas,it analyzes the opportunities and challenges that the Internet brings to ideological and political education in colleges and universities in ethnic areas.It also discusses the importance of developing online political education in colleges and universities in ethnic areas.The third part is taking the three colleges and universities in ethnic areas in Guizhou as an example and investigates the status quo of online ideological and political education there from three perspectives: cognition,hardware and software.It points out that the main problems in the online ideological and political education of colleges and universities in ethnic areas are: the construction of online ideological and political education carrier is lagging behind,teaching force is weak,the content is not sufficient,andinfrastructure is lacking.Then it analyzes the main reasons for the existence of problems in online ideological and political education in universities: there is insufficient understanding of the importance of online ideological and political education among teachers and students;there are shortage of the theoretical guidance and practical experience of online ideological and political education;the college teachers are poor in network literacy,Finally,it attempts to put forward the countermeasures for the enhancement of online ideological and political education in universities in ethnic areas from the following aspects: clarifying the basic principles of online ideological and political education,enriching its content,improving its construction,and building a high-quality education work teams for it.
